I bought the watch refurbished, the band looked a little worn but the watch functioned flawlessly. Easy to connect and use. For the price I would recommend this watch.

Awesome watch. I love the bezel that twists to scroll through items. Sometimes easier than using the touch screen. Lots more functions than past Samsung watch I owned.

Great but small bands broke at mounts and doesn't run android wear

I bought the Gear S2 and very pleased with it. I charged it up and put it next to my Samsung phone and it connected itself. That was amazing.

I have used a Pebble and Fitbit Blaze before getting my Gear S2. It is great and I really love the fact that it is water resistant. It's easy to charge.

mine came almost flawless except for one issue that i didn't worry about, at first. the rotary dial was hard to move and didn't click. so i thought, who cares right? 100 bucks, ill just use the touch. nope... the dial is actually really convenient and having the watch with a defective dial proved to be a disappointment. as for the watch its self, ive had several Samsung watches and one really big flaw is the lack of support for responding to messages in googles messaging app. the watch faces are lacking and the watch its self is a bit small. but the screen was crisp and easy to read. roll the dice... these are not factory certificated refurbished. think ill pass on any geek squad refurbished items in the future.

I bought a refurbished gear s2 and works very well I am using this to keep a record of my runa Been using it also to check emails while on the road

I had used Gear fit 1. It was also good but I found Gear S2 provides more functions including very nice displays. I am truly satisfied with S2 now.

My refurb model came with a damaged strap and Geek Squad refused to take it back or give me a replacement. Good thing there was a smaller spare in the box so I had to swap it out myself which works although it was tighter. Other than that, I love this watch...

Overall i like it. It connects to my phone through Samsung gear app connected by Bluetooth. The band was hard to change once it broke but geek squad Changed it for me. Bands comes in many colors & I changed the bands myself. Tracks steps & exercise

I have had this watch over a year and am quite impressed with all the features and what it does, Am looking forward to trying the Gear S3

For a refurbished product, it has functioned like new. No problems connecting. Have worn out 2 bands already using it frequently to work out.

This is a great smart watch. Plenty of useful free apps as well as pay apps. All the health monitoring, with the phone functionality is great.
