I still found myself using my phone for all the functionality I was hoping to get from the watch. I also found the pulse reader was a pain to use at the gym and pretty much useless for regular workouts. I sent it back.

Returned. very poor customer service at store as just told us to call 1-800 number. Manager did not even bother to talk to us. Very bad experience as ordered two watches and none of them were in good shape, one did not worked and other one was broken.

As far as the what its made to do has been awesome and beyond my expectation but for whatever reason the strap has been seperating from the same of the watch so haven't been able to really use it for what i pirchased it for.

My husband opened the box and All bands it came with were broken. Ended up taking back to store and had to spend more money and get a new one.
