I returned item after one day. Found watch useless because it cannot answer phone calls.better off buying carrier models.

The screen is vivid. But their is no speaker and the straps are very hard to put on or take off.

Watch Band broke Best Buy cust svc was horrible...

This is a waste of money. There are much better products available in the market.

Not only was this device broken upon arrival, I was greeted with some of the worst customer service of my life at my local best buy location. I sent an email to best buy customer service detailing what happened and got no response. I will never buy from this retailer again.

Right out of the box it didn't work, just kept restarting over and over. I brought it back to Best Buy and they sent it out to be fixed, which was useless because it came back still broken.

My geek squad refurbished watch was dead on arrival and it wouldnt charge. The watch itself im sure is fine (haven't got a replacement yet) But the illusion that a geek squad refurbished item is like new has been shattered.

Watch arrived locked. The techs could not repair over the phone. They recommended returning it for a full refund. The item was no longer available to purchase. No compensation from BB at all. Poor rating. 2nd watch returned.

The "certified" watch came extremely dirty, and the band was broken, the watch wouldn't turn on and would not charge at all. Geek squad failed to even look at item and its was "certified". Get it together

Watch did not hold a charge. Was unable to use or see its features. Great disappointment as it was refurbished and received Best Buy's certification. Would give no stars if that was an option.

I purchased my geek squad refurbished watch in August. Now in January it will no longer pair with my phone despite multiple tries, reboots, resets, etc. Next time, I will buy new

Purchased for my 10 year old daughter, worked for about a week then stopped connecting to Bluetooth. Performed a reset and still would not function. Returned to store.

It fell apart on day 3. The strap fell off . Very disappointed in this purchase. Will not buy from geek squad online again.

the clock stopped working. It is in rebooting loop mode

After reading a plenty of reviews of different models, I chose this refurbished model only due to its low price. Even though it is refurbished, the product I received didn't look so. It looked brand new with no defects, scratches or problems. I was able to configure it easily. Though it is not a perfect match for my wife as the watch dial is bigger than her hand. We liked the way we can sync this with our Android phone.

I couldn't tell my watch was refurbished. It looks and functioned like new. It came with the large and small bands, and the charger. The only thing that wasn't in the box was the user manual but the watch is self explanatory, if any help needed just go to Samsung's site.

purchased watch had no issues - even used the nfc pay feature (awesome!!!)..about 2.5 weeks later while reaching into my pocket, i felt the watch come off my wrist... looking closer, the band (where it connects to the hardware split) it is not good quality. After that, the band again separated from the watch with a hand shake. I have returned the watch only because of the poor quality of the band. The watch is a 5 star but the band is a negative 100.

I could not tell any difference between the refurbished watch and one that was brand new. It was an excellent job refurbishing it. Also, it comes in very handy for workouts, checking emails, and other notifications.
