The watch was perfect. There were no scratches or dings and it works great. The watch came in a geek squad box with all acessories. I've bought many refurbished items from BB and never had a bad experience so far.

After the white Samsung S2 watch sold out I desperately kept looking every day for an open box or Geek Squad certified refurbished item since it was one of the only things my daughter asked for Christmas. Finally found one and was estatic as I felt confident in the Geek Squad certified product. Gave it to my daughter for Christmas but the watch would not hold a charge. Took it to Best Buy and they said there was nothing they could do for us, it was best to return it and that they would never recommend buying a refurbished smart watch as too many of them get returned for not working. Very disappointed since the item continues to be sold out and my daughter doesn't have her main Christmas present.

This was my first time buying anything refurbished and I won't go back! Why would you pay more for the same thing, this was a great option, highly recommend it! It does not come in the original box though, it would be cool if they repackaged it to look new, if you are gifting this item there's definitely no hiding that the box says refurbished, but still awesome!

I never bought a Geek Squad Certified item before, and I was skeptical after reading all the reviews. However, my watch came in practically new! It came with everything like the bands and charger. All the items were wrapped even the screen of the watch! There is no scratches or anything! Geek Squad did a terrific job! I would highly recommend this!

I love how simple it is, it is easy to control. Emails, text messages and messages from whatsapp come thru without any problems. I love how my S health app connects and tells me when ive been inactive or active.

The watch was received in the mail with both wrist straps broken. I originally ordered the white/silver Gear S2. The watch was dirty and no attempt was made to clean it. It looked like it came right off someones arm after a workout. But customer service at BB in Chesapeake VA was awesome. 5 star service. Had too order the black version even though that was not the color I really wanted. Please listen to the reviews, they were spot on. Referb is no good unless you can see it before you buy it. Ok, I realized this was refurbished, but usually that doesn't mean there is external damage. There was a nice big scratch on the side of the bezel when I went to pick it up at the store the other day. I refused to take it. Be warned, when BB says refurbished they must be using that very loosely.

Best Buy sold me this watch that was previously associated with another user's account, and didn't fix that. Can't even get past the setup screen - waste of time.

Received watch for a Christmas gift. Did not include charger. Had to rush out and purchase charger separately before Christmas Eve. The descrption said includes charger. No one would do anything about this issue when I called. Not a happy customer! Will never buy online here again!
