Good entry level smart watch given the lower price point. A little disappointed that blutooth calls cannot be taken from the watch

This is a very nice watch. I like the sporty look plus you can change the bands for a more casual look. I love you can change the faces at any time. The text is small and it's a bit difficult to reply to text msgs. It is much easier to send pre-installed quick msgs. All-in-all it's a great watch.

So far the watch is working fine. Limited though with the apps and watch faces. I do like getting notifications from text and emails while keeping the phone in my pocket. All in all good smart watch.

I have used this for just over a year with no issues. It's nice for notifications and not having to pull out my phone everytime.

I purchased the refurbished gear s2 because I have never had a smartwatch and was leary about spending $300 on a device I never had before. Everything works with no issues and I really like the design of this watch. The rotating bezel is a great way to quickly access everything on the watch. I was mostly interested in the notifications and not always having to look at my phone to see them. Good battery life, easy to use and does everything I need. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great watch. Functional, intuitive user interface and great battery life. Only downside is that the integration of Tizen OS is not up to par with Android wear or Apple.

The watch itself is great, but I had problems with the bands as they broke upon first use. Best Buy was not willing to replace so I had to go through Samsung. Overall, a great buy, but now I think that it can't be upgraded anymore.

I wanted to get my first smartwatch and this was a good deal. I've generally had good luck with refurbs so I took a chance. The watch worked well and I enjoyed using it while I had my Android phone. It came in good condition but the packaging left something to be desired. Really basic packaging, you don't know what size strap you'll get - I got small so I had to buy a large strap myself - and no instructions. Charging base but no cord or power block. The watch is good but bear in mind you don't get much with a refurb package.

It definitely isn't the Gear S3. But, considering the price it's great. I think people should buy refurbished more often.

After seeing how much my husband loved his Gear S2, I wanted one also, but I wasn't willing to pay for a new one. This one came exactly like his new one. I have been using it for several months now, and I haven't had any problems with it.

Buying refurbished is a total risk but this time it paid off. I bought this refurbished and was really worried about how bad it might be when I received it. Were there going to be scratches everywhere? Was everything going to be included like it should? Would it even work!? I can safely say everything came exactly as advertised, minus the official box. It was packaged well and you couldn't tell it was ever used. I immediately put on a screen protector, changed the face of the watch, put it on and felt like a champ. The features of the watch are outstanding. There are tons and tons of reviews on youtube and on the web. Every review I read pointed me to get the gear s2 (even with the gear s3 about to come out... which is supposed to be BIGGER! blah.) In the end, it was totally worth the risk. Its weird saying it, but having it be geek squad certified really made a difference.

I bought this product refurbished for $99.99. Best buy does a good work with the refurbished items came in technically like new. Have been using it for a couple of months now without any uses. I had my worries before purchasing but I will buy Again!

Overall great device, especially at sale price. Unfortunately the band on the refurbished unit I received was chewed up but Best Buy service was great about it. The watch is more suited to a smaller wrist than other smartwatch options out there. Lots of neat functions, but much more limited for iPhone users than Samsung or Android users.

I bought a refurbished watch but it looks and works like new. Very pleased with my purchase. Only thing I dont like is it doesnt have a speaker. No other complaint.

My cell phone is a Samsung and I was told by my mobile carrier that the smart watch wouldn't work without adding it to my mobile plan. It works great! I didn't add it to my mobile plan and I do get all my notifications on the watch big Bluetooth. If I hadn't purchased this as a refurbished product, I wouldn't have known that it wasn't brand new. I would recommend refurbished products for Best Buy again.

While I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who could use a smartwatch, I want to point out first that they are a rather niche product: everything you can do on them, you can already do on your phone-- and probably better. However, this watch allows me to read (and quickly/briefly respond to) messages while I'm in clinic and has a nice timer, photo gallery, calendar, calculator, stopwatch, etc built in. Refurbished, it cost just over $100, which was a steal and totally worth it for me at that price. Don't expect smartwatches to change your life, but it's an excellent companion (not replacement) to your Android phone. [Use with my Nexus 6P]
