    I purchashed the first regular level u, they were ok,but they would always fall off, then the sound was too low,no bass, then I thought the level u pro were going to be different,afterall I saw the reviews ,once I tried them on they really disappoint me, so much for ultra high quality. there not even loud or anything different from the first level u, although they seem to stay pefect around your neck, but if you want headphones with bass and loud sound, this will not satisfy you, I think the regular headphones that Samsung phones come with are way louder .

    Mine must of been defective... I like the fact that I got notifications in my ear, unfortunately when the sound was turned hi there was a piercing loud sound and device had to be shut down I return them. Even know I'm no fan of beats I bought the beats Bluetooth sport and I must say the sound is ridiculous super loud with great bass water resistant sweat proof pick them up on sale for 150 at Best Buy. I've had jaybird's they are not as loud nor was the base

    I wanted this for safe driving. So even though I could not find on the best buy website of it telling me it would read the text, or even he Samsung website of how to use that feature (manual included) I took a leap of faith and bought them in hopes that I could figure it out since I am somewhat tech capable. So, I was able to figure out that it does read them to you. It would ONLY read text from my daughter. No matter what I did! Cleared cache, changed multiple settings, etc. I even drove to the Best Buy store then spoke to bother of the Samsung reps who started of the task buy saying they knew nothing about the Samsung Wireless headsets. REALLY??!! LONG STORY SHORT I RETURNED THEM. I got the LG infinI'm hbs-910 and this feature worked straight out of the box. I really really wanted all Samsung since my whole house and family; that's all we use! Sorry Samsung. Also I hated the fact that they didn't retract and they weren't very flexible.
