Incredibly Good Headset for Samsung Users
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a number of headsets in my time. I've had the LG Tone Pro, the Samsung Gear Circle, and the regular Level U for in-ear listening. I've also had a pair of Beats Solo, the Samsung Level Over headset, and the Bose QuietComfort 2. This headset absolutely destroys them all in sound quality. First, a caveat: This headset can work with anything but to be honest, it's designed for Samsung products due to two things: The Samsung Level app that it uses, and the fact that the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+ are the only headphones that can take advantage of what's called the UHQA (Ultra High Quality Audio) technology for true 24-bit audio. Why is that, you ask? Honestly, I think it's because the latter two phones have Bluetooth 4.2 and the previous models such as the Galaxy S6 only have Bluetooth 4.1 so there's that. Or it could be planned obselescence, which also wouldn't surprise me. Regardless! Back to the sound quality. The sound quality is, simply put, incredible. It's hard to describe sound quality in words but I think the phrase "It sounds wider, more full, and more rich" is the best that I can use. The UHQA, when enabled, really makes the sound seem as though it's much more dynamic as though you're really there inside a concert hall. The bass sounds incredible and it can even be enhanced through a preset in the Samsung Level app (so can everything, it even has an equalizer so you can individually tune it). I have a FLAC version of Adele's "Hello" that I use to test various headphones and this is the very first time that a headset hasn't distorted, warped, or downgraded the bass when the music rises. I read some reviews which said that the headphones aren't very loud but trust me when I say that they're completely incorrect - these can be VERY LOUD. You won't have a hard time hearing them in the noisiest of environments. Anyway, the sound is the best I've heard on any headset I've ever tried or owned so long as you have the Note 5 or S6 Edge+. If you don't own those, I can't comment upon the quality. As far as comfort goes, they're considerably light and rest very gently on my shoulders. The plastic isn't very flexible so do be aware that on very slender peoples' necks they might look a bit big. The plastic it's made from feels sturdy enough. There's also a little magnet on the back of each headphone so that they can clasp together. The magnet even starts or ends phone calls when pulled apart or put together, respectively (same with music you're listening to). It comes with four pairs of earbuds - one is pre-installed and regular size, then it has three more pairs in Small, Medium, and Large in case your ears canals are shaped differently. I take these on a jog routinely and they aren't prone to falling out IF you keep your head straight, however, they will definitely begin to fall out if you turn your head left or right. Perhaps adding some third-party earbuds that are designed NOT to fall out will help with this, as I've seen other reviewers comment upon. There are buttons on the side for volume and the headset can be turned on or off with a switch on the back. Try tucking these under your collar when you're at work. They disappear or look like an unusual little necklace, it makes them far less noticeable if you're going for low-key. Battery life is excellent. They have noise canceling for phone calls which can be toggled on or off, and this does have an effect upon battery life, but even with it on they last me around 9 hours before I have to charge them. I typically go about 3 days of moderate usage before charging, and it takes an hour or two to charge (I don't know exactly how long because I don't pay attention when I'm charging them). All in all, these are the best headphones I've owned. Though I do wish the plastic was a little bit more flexible, it doesn't bother me enough to knock off a point. I highly recommend these above all other in-ear headphones on the market if you have the Note 5 or S6 Edge+ because I can't reiterate enough how wonderful the audio quality is with UHQA enabled.

Love this Bluetooth Headphone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headphone has good battery life, easy to connect, good sound, when I want to listen to a show or something else on my iPad but not share the noise. I tried a few others I didn’t like as well but settled on this. The price is much better than some and 100% satisfying. You won’t ‘drop’ them with the comfortable collar and they hold together (Magnets) so they don’t flop around while u r moving. I use them with my phone for music when I’m out for a walk...good item.

Good Bluetooth Headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first set had to be returned because the cord lengths of the earpieces were different. Other than that, it was a very solid purchase. Very good sound - especially if you have newer Samsung phones. Good wireless connection. Decent battery life. Form factor needs a little getting used to, but once you make it a habit of putting it on in the morning, you forget it's on your neck when not using it. I've never had it fall off. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

Incredible Sound Depth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently purchased after missing out on free offer from Samsung. Luckiky my Samsung phone has the option of Adaptive Sound & UHQ Upscaling that completely enhances the sound quality! The depth and overall sound quality of these ear bud style headphones is fantastic! I prefer this style (ear buds) for the comfortability and being totally wireless makes them almost unoticeable. Very happy with them especially since Best Buy priced matched to save me 25%!

Definitely worth it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had countless wired headphones and even an over-the-ear wireless headphones... I still wasn't getting what I needed. I bought these and they are comfortable in my ears (which is a big deal) and fits comfortably around my neck. It also seamlessly pairs with my laptop, S2 tablet, and my S8+ phone making switching sources a piece of cake. I can wear these all day and they are definitely worth the price!

Love it, but active noise canceling barely works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to hook up to android, holds charge well, haven't had it fall out of my ears at all. Indicator lights green when fully charged and also vibrates when ready to sync so you can keep it around your neck. Functions limited to answer/hang up/play or stop music and controlling volume. Putting the phone on hands free let's me know who is calling or texting. It might be my phone, but it won't respond to oral commands. Can use far from phone unless obstructed by a building. Noise cancellation leaves something to be desired. I have to turn the volume up to drown out outside noises, but I do want to hear traffic while driving anyway. Call quality is very good, no problems hearing from either end.

Great Headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these headphones. I was concerned, being I have not use wireless earphones before, about sound quality and bass. But wow, these sound awesome. When mowing and listening to music, I don't have to worry about cords getting tangled and ripping buds out of my ears. They fully charge in about 2 hours, and last over 8.

good headphones but not noise cancellation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.these would have gotten 5 stars but the included description that it's noise cancellation headphones is false. it blocks out noise just from the earbuds being in your ear...it doesn't cancel anything from what I can tell. the description should be updated to remove anything about noise cancellation since that was part of the reason for my purchase. sound quality, battery life and comfort are all good.

Q: QuestionWhat's the difference between this one (Level U Pro) and the normal level U ? Why is this one double the price the other one ? I can see only the word (Pro)!
Asked by Ali.
- A:Answer I have both the regular U and U Pro. There are a few differences: 1. They are physically different. The shape of the "U" that hangs on your neck is different. The Pro feels a little nicer but they are pretty similar. 2. The Pro are IN EAR and the regular U is sort of ear-adjacent. The Pro seals off the ear canal so the sound is more intense and you can't hear ambient noise as much. With the regular U outside noises are somewhat audible so they're safer for being out and about. 3. The Pro sound much better. This may be just because they are in-ear and have a better seal but it's a much better sound. 4. The Pro has "UHQ" which is supposed to be a hifi protocol that's better than the normal aptX protocol for Bluetooth. Both UHQ and aptX need the phone to have that ability to be used. Many phones have aptX. Only a few Samsung phones have UHQ. In practice aptX matters more since most sources are lossy anyway so this isn't a big deal. I prefer the sound of the Pro but use the regulars to run on the streets.

Q: QuestionThe Specs describe, Batteries not included. What does it mean ? Do I need to buy batteries separately ? no batteries supplied along with ?
Asked by Nirav.
- A:Answer There is no need to buy or worry about batteries. It has internal battery that you charge just like any other Bluetooth gear. Very comfortable to wear around your neck. I highly recommend this item. Charge gear for 4 to 5 hour's before first use. Lasts approximately 2 days without charge depending on how much you use it on a daily basis. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionIs this headphone for use with a HDTV? Does it have a port to contact to your TV, such as a wireless mouse has?
Asked by monte.
- A:Answer No. it does not come with anything like that. It is meant to connect to any Bluetooth enabled device/audio source (most cell phones, mp3 players, and newer PCs/laptops). If your television is already bluetooth enabled, then these headphones could connect. I don't know if that's a feature many or any tvs' have....I've never looked for that. If it's not, maybe you could get a Bluetooth adapter for your tv.

Q: QuestionDo these read out your text messages to you? If so how do I set it up? I have the level u pro and the Samsung s7 edge. But so far all I here is it say "message". I want it to read e the message like the LG headset does.
Asked by Hawaiianheart69.
- A:Answer Yes, you have to set this up in the Samsung Level app under notifications, change the messaging app of your choice from simple to detailed then it should read out "text message from (whomever) with the content of the message, including emojis :)

Q: QuestionWill these pair up nicely with the note 8? What is the quality of calls? Thank you.
Asked by coqui.
- A:Answer They will pair up just fine. They connect via Bluetooth and pair even better if you use the Samsung level app. As far as sound quality on calls, it's fantastic. I quit using my Bluetooth headset and switch strictly to the headphones
