Love this computer; however, it was an open box item which had supposedly been thoroughly checked out by the Geek Squad. I just realized the sound isn't clear and it's been over 30 days.

This computer is pretty good. For not being a 4K screen the picture is amazing. Speakers could be better but won’t ding it for that.

It's a sleek, quiet, and fast computer. It's great for working, programming, doodling, or surfing the web. I have no complaints so far.

I like the computer overall but very disappointed with the battery life..I use it for work and it doesnt last as long as it should being a new computer

I LOVE this laptop! I originally purchased the 13.3 inch. I didn't think I needed a bigger size, due to the fact that i have a 15.6 inch HP at home. After using it for 2 weeks, i realized that i did in fact want the bigger size. and let me just say, ITS AMAZING!!!! Its super fast, the picture quality is awesome and the camera takes excellent pictures. I would HIGHLY recommend this Notebook to anyone looking to purchase one.

I Bought the laptop open box satisfactory and the only thing that was on the laptop was residue from a sticker. This was easily removed so it was in excellent condition as far as I was concerned. So much so it didn't matter that it came with absolutely no box. The Laptop is great and it does some decent light gaming so the kids are enjoying it more than I would like them to. I searched for a month for the right mix of value and performance and I am beyond satisfied.

Great package in this laptop, powerful 4 core i7, touch screen, thin and light design. I always want more USB ports in a laptop but that's my biggest gripe here.

I really like this laptop. Incredibly fast. I use it primarily for work, but works great for streaming movies and other tasks.

I find this computer very easy to use and now with the touch screen I can either use the key board or Touch Screen.

Fast, reliable, excellent features. My grandson likes it. I understand that newer versions are even better.

Touch screen, keyboard, large display, pen all work great. Battery keeps charge well. Antispyware is good.

The battery doesn’t survive more than 4 to 5 hrs which does not look good compared to other in this class.

All around love this laptop. It can go from a tablet to a laptop in seconds. It can handle alot of multitasking and still run average new games with not to much difficulty. If your looking for gaming go with a better GPU but if you want something for school, work, ease of use and amazing features this is it. Also the SPen is pretty awesome. I have the note 8 and its so cool to have a pen with your laptop.

For the price, it is a cool computer. Feels well built and comfortable to use and light weight. Very pleased

I bought this laptop for my wife. Brought it home, erased the Windows OS from it, installed Linux Fedora 31 x86_64 on it and am impressed. All integrated laptop features are supported in Fedora 31, not extra drivers needed. Laptop boots in just a few seconds and runs super smoothly. Only concern is that Samsung provides only MS Windows 10 executables for BIOS and firmware updates. Still need to find a way to keep these up to date. Oh well!
