I bought this phone for a friend who needed a second one for personal use besides her work phone and did not want to spend a lot of money for a new phone yet. It looks like brand new no dents, no scratches anywhere on the phone. Front display is perfect, sides of the phone and back of it are perfect. Turns on perfectly with no issues on Google, Samsung, or Android. Cameras work great both front & back. I tested it before gifting it to my friend and haven't heard any complains from her yet. Phone has a screen proctector.

When i bought the phone online it said "unlocked" but when i picked it up and opened it it said t mobile maybe because i got an open box phone but i still enjoy the phone it was clean and barley had no marks not even a spec best buy is a reliable source of sorts but kinda dissapointed that it wasent unlocked but love the phone anyways four starts :D (as you can see in the picture i can not uninstall the hope making me to believe its locked and when i turn on the phone it does the same thing pink t mobile logo !)

This phone works great! I love the camera and the display. Gave a photo for camera quality example.

This phone is very reliable because of its features. As always, Samsung makes the best phones. It is also cheap considering it has good camera quality and an outstanding battery life.

Came exactly how I expected, if not better. I bought the same device from another seller and it was scratched horribly, although the screen was good. The one I got from Best Buy looked brand new! Didn't come with a charger block, but I have plenty of those. Came with a cord and perfect condition phone! (Case not included but you can see there are no scratches on the actual phone–near the camera shown)

The devive is of excellent cellent quality, like new actually. No one can tell that it's used. The camera quality is exceptional and the device os great overall.

I purchased this unlocked phone for my daughter. Used unlocked S21 for $400, sure. She needed an upgrade from the cracked S8+ she's been using. Looked into model numbers, compatible with our carrier (AT&T). Received it quickly, was available to pick up at the store 2 days ahead of the estimated time. It had a scratch on the screen, but eh, it's a used device and considerably cheaper than buying a "renewed" one straight from Samsung. Got home, charged the device, turned it on...T-Mobile logo pops up. Odd. Ok, maybe just because that's the carrier it was used with before? Got through setting it up and transferring everything from her old phone... nope. Error popped up saying that it was carrier locked and out could not be used with our AT&T SIM card. Returned it to the store (online customer service was a joke), and got my refund. Reordered another... Attempting ONE more time. It will be here tomorrow. If this doesn't work, I'll be sorbitol the extra $ to order from Samsung instead. Beyond fed up at this point. I've NEVER had an issue purchasing anything from Best Buy before--not even a refurbished laptop--but apparently these phones are not coming from Best Buy... they're being purchased directly from an independent 3rd party and not being tested by Best Buy beforehand.

The device it self was good everything works a couple of tiny scratches. But the reason i took the star off was because the phone seems to be carrier unlocked. That means that the phone was attached to a company. Comes with all there unnecessary apps you can't delete that take space from the memory. So it will work on the u.s with any carrier but who knows if outside the u.s since its not a complete unlocked phone or factory unlocked. Best buy should really check on there 3rd party benders that they meet there standards. Because the public just thinks there coming straight from bestbuy. Unless it says greack squad refurbished its not. And finally this peoples shipping are very slow Shane on bestbuy for not having high qualified 3rd party vendors.

Enjoying the Galaxy S21 5G, thus far. My only issue is that my mini SD memory card from the previous phone is not allowed. Before purchasing the phone, I missed that while reviewing the specs. I prefer keeping most personal images and info there, as opposed to using a cloud or on the phone. Welp, the next phone will definitely allow it.

I finally upgraded from the Samsung S8+ and received my Samsung S21 preowned phone from Best Buy. It was easy to set up and transfer my information from my old phone. It's only been a week or so and I am really impressed with this phone. The camera is extremely clear while the phone is smaller and lighter compared to the Samsung S8+.

I was a bit skeptical buying a used unlocked phone. This phone was in perfect condition, all i had to do was pop in my xfinity mobile sim and update my info online. This was a big upgrade from my s9. The camera is amazing and battery life is great. My only complaint is there is no sd slot to expand the hard drive. Other than that its perfect for me.

Good phone. Overpriced for sure, but I now have a back up phone. Want to give a shout out to a young man in geek squad. He wasn't able to get into my broken phone but told me my phone was backed up with Google and told me how to check once home. Found it and it was a total life saver for me. THANK YOU!

Good phone, works well and fast. Also easy to carry around.

Big upgrade for me (A12). Needed to be able to cast to my tv. Better screeen, more storage. Battery life not as good.
