My mom's old phone had been acting up for a while, and she wanted a pre=owned phone for a cheaper alternative. I found this listing, and it turned out to be perfect. Great replacement phone, pre-owned but in great condition, unlocked and easy to set up. I would buy refurbished from Best Buy again in the future.

Smaller than I was expecting but works fine. Didn't have any damages and works like a brand new phone.

I got this phone for my grandson . It works great, takes amazing pictures really easy to use. Battery could be a little better . Is all in all very satisfied

it works well tho the only problem i have with it is that calls that are from this phone have anoying echos that i dont know how to stop

I use to own samsungs in the past but its been years, i really like this one and the picture Quality, fits perfectly in my pocket at work and all...great choice going back into samsung phones

the phone looked like it was never used, it was unlocked, and worked perfectly after old phone data was loaded.

Delivered on time and, so far, performing as expected. Replaced my S10 that fell by bad luck. At the price, i may get a second one as a spare phone.

My 3rd one, finger print on power button, micro SD card, mini jack, compact..can't beat it!

While its an older ohone… grest yo get me through umtil my next free upgrade. Replacing broken google phone. Still very functional

X I purchased this phone because I wanted to stay in the Samsung family. Little did I know that this phone doesn't keep a charge it takes a long time to charge and I don't want the phone especially for the price and it only has one security update left. I want to return it and purchase another phone but when I tried to generate a return online all I got was "too late for returns."
