It's a good phone, the buttons was sticking at first but no problems now.

Nothing really wrong with the device. It is a solid device for the price. My issue is with customer service. I had a very old address on my PayPal account and for some genius reason orders are tied with PayPal address shipping. Buttons were greyed out to change address after noticing 2 minutes later. I tried calling in the morning and they said it was already sent out. A week of calling UPS with them telling me Best Buy had to intercept and Best Buy insisting they couldn't do anything and that I try taking the package off the porch when it gets delivered. You know, like a crime. Got resolved after talking to someone reasonable at the residence a couple days after delivery. Worst experience overall. But hey phone was fine for what it is.

Phone was in great condition upon arrival. No issues at all. Plugged in sim card and reloaded a back up from a previous day and was good to go! And It was $700. less than what I paid for the same phone new.

Well worth the money vs buying a new phone for an exponentially higher price

For a refurbished phone this is a deal, it came in a non-factory box and had all necessary accessories. There wasn’t any noticeable scratches or damage. I was able to get it on a great deal since I needed a phone that works on an android software and had the ability of having a decent processor.

The phone is worth the money spent! I received it in excellent condition.
