It's a good phone, the buttons was sticking at first but no problems now.

Phone was in great condition upon arrival. No issues at all. Plugged in sim card and reloaded a back up from a previous day and was good to go! And It was $700. less than what I paid for the same phone new.

Nothing really wrong with the device. It is a solid device for the price. My issue is with customer service. I had a very old address on my PayPal account and for some genius reason orders are tied with PayPal address shipping. Buttons were greyed out to change address after noticing 2 minutes later. I tried calling in the morning and they said it was already sent out. A week of calling UPS with them telling me Best Buy had to intercept and Best Buy insisting they couldn't do anything and that I try taking the package off the porch when it gets delivered. You know, like a crime. Got resolved after talking to someone reasonable at the residence a couple days after delivery. Worst experience overall. But hey phone was fine for what it is.

The phone I received had something wrong with its speaker, so my husband was barely able to hear anyone on calls. When he took it to Geek Squad, they said the only thing they could do was scrap it and give him store credit, with which he purchased another refurbished phone (identical except for color). He asked about coverage, and he was told that they did not offer it on refurbs (inaccurate, as I had coverage on this phone for him, and it was a refurb). So, I received an email stating they'd cancelled my coverage, and we are hoping he doesn't have any issues from here. Unacceptable.

Works absolutely amazing. Its not a heavy phone and has many great specs.

Supposed to be unlocked, but still has a carrier's info on there. Luckily, my SIM card has functioned just fine so far. The phone itself operates perfectly, and I have no complaints other than the unlocked status not really being so unlocked.

This phone is an international phone. After trying to connect it to three carriers, two confirmed that the phone coding is locked and can only be used internationally. Bestbuy has not tried to help with this issue, and now we are out of the warranty window.
