I showed three different times that I purchased three of these on three different days, and BestBuy refuses to credit or ship out the third charger. I guess it's a good thing these chargers are cheap.

I asked Customer support in chat multiple times to ensure this device charged 2 watches and a phone and it arrived today and sure enough it DOES NOT charge more than one watch at a time and it won't even register the second watch if you try placing it on the middle spot where the earbuds would go. I am pretty disappointed because I just bought a new watch and will still need to use the old charger and this pad just to charge all three devices at the same time.

I like it, but I'm trying to love it. It works great and it's convenient to use when charging multiple items. Looks great, nice and sleek, and compact. The only thing is that everything has to be perfectly centered. When charging galaxy buds 3 pro, the case needs to be removed. It will work with galaxy watch ultra but the watch band will make it difficult for the watch to seat properly becauseof the curve of the band. Finally if the phone isn't seated properly, it will not/ or charge fully. But if everything is lined up correctly, then i love it!

It does work well, but sometimes it takes awhile to position my phone correctly. One night i will lay it down and it chimes immediately letting me know its charging, other times i feel like i have to move it around for a minute or two for it to line up just so. Not sure why, but usually it work. I've only woke to find my phone uncharged a couple times.

I’ve been using the Samsung Wireless Charger Trio for a while now, and overall it's been a great addition to my setup. It really cleans up my nightstand by letting me charge my phone, smartwatch, and earbuds all at once — no more juggling cables or multiple pads. The onlg issue is it charges my phone very slowly.

I USE THE CHARGER PAD ONCE A DAY TO CHARGE MY WATCH AND TO GIVE SOME JUICE TO MY PHONE. THE LATTER HEATS UP PRETTY BADLY, SO I DON'T CHARGE IT THAT MUCH. ON THE WATCH IT WORKS PERFECTLY. THE GOOD THING IS THAT NOW I USE THE CORDED CHARGERS IN EMERGENCIES ONLY (I USE THE FAST CHARGER WHEN THE PHONE IS ALMOST DRAINED).

I really wanted to love it and it is more usefule than not, but the phone and headphone area doesn't have a snap magnet and especially finding the charging spot with my fold 7 was very hard and I'd wake up and at times have no charge

Great product for older generations Samsung products. Watch charger section doesn't mesh well with galaxy watch 8. Very slow to charge anything and will stop charging occasionally.

I picked this because it gave me a place to charge my Galaxy watch as well as my smartphones. The Samsung devices work great on the charging pad but my work provided iPhone doesn't always start to charge and even when it's fully charged, the light will show red. Overall I like the product and would purchase it again if I only had Samsung devices as it works perfectly with them.

Its slow for a wireless charger and also, you have to remove any cases for items that would normally work on a wirelsss charger. I use it for my long charges or overnight as it takes about 3-4 hours to charge a samasung galaxy s22 from sub 10% to 100%

Slow charging speed, nice design, plenty of space to charge the devices.

The chargers works well with the galaxy buds and galaxy watch. But it does not work well with my android phone it charges very slow.

This charger comes in handy. I charge my Samsung watch and phone. When my son adds his IPhone it charges all three devices at the same time. My only complaint is "I have to move my phone around too much to find the perfect spot otherwise it won't change. Luckily it makes a sound when it's connected to the charger". I am going to exchange it for the same exact item soon.

You have to set your phone on it just right to get it to charge. It sometimes takes me 5 minutes to figure it out. Its a pain. Would I purchase it again. NO!

It's supposed to be a rapid charger but sometimes it takes forever to charge my Google Pixel 5. Also if you don't put it on the pad just right it won't charge. Only reason I bought it was because it could charge my phone, earbuds, and watch at the same time. Though it's rare that I have them charging at the same time. If I had to do it again I am not sure I would buy it.

I like how slim it is but it doesn't let a samsung watch sit well enough on it to charge

can do 2 phones at once which is nice, but like all wireless pads they must be placed absolutely perfectly in the right spot or else it wont start - which honestly makes it just as involved (if not MORE so) than just plugging a cable into your phone jack - again I have this same complaint about all wireless chargers I have tried so it is what it is. Perhaps in the future they can increase the range on these so they are more usable and useful. Now for the watch charger..... It charges my old Gear S3 Frontier just fine but my wife has a brand new Galaxy Watch and it doesn't charge that at all which is a real bummer. I had hoped this pad would be the one charger my wife and I could bring on short trips but looks like we will still have to bring along her watch charger too. Also - the charger is huge, thick and heavy so my thought to use it for travel is perhaps misguided. However, it's nice to leave as a fixture on your desk or living room end table to charge multiple people's devices simultaneously. Just don't accidentally knock into it at all because the slightest movement to the phone and you will break connection. The best idea yet - just plug the phone into an outlet near your seat on the couch that way you can actually continue to use it while it's charging and not waste time repeatedly placing it back on the pad every time you check a message. Again - considering the experience with this is about the same as any wireless charger, I'm not really sure if wireless charging technology is worth anything at this point.

it's picky, one night i can put it in the perfect spot, next night can't get it to charge for anything.. Not something i would buy again, and don't try to charge your watch with a band on it.. Not happening

Great charger but with limitations. Only giving it 3 stars because I can't change multiple devices consistently to be fair. I thought that this would allow me to change multiple devices at 1 time so I can eliminate multiple bases. Not quite! It charges the phone faster than the watch. The watch barely has a charge after several hours, but again only if it charging at the same time as the phone.

I like the convenience of being able to charge multiple items at once but this is not the fastest method of charging. The single wireless Samsung charger was much faster. If you need quick chargering you will have to just use the charging cable that comes with the wireless charger.
