Customer Ratings & Reviews

I needed a relilableExternal SSD and chose this Sandisk based on my prior experience with Sandisk Storage Products. It has definitely performed as expected. It has a very compact and durable design and fits perfectly in my little case.

Fast and amazing quality works good everything really great. I use it for editing and no problem with anything.

This is a small, beautiful device that gives you plenty of storage.

When I ordered this there were some mixed reviews with this new (as of July 2023) version working on macs. I figured Sandisk is a big brand, and Best Buy will let me return anyway, so what’s the risk? It’s been fine on my Mac as a Time Machine target and for data storage. I’ve used it a lot in the month or so since I bought it and have zero complaints with the drive. The only minor complaint that I have is that it only has an old style USB-A cord. Seems like it would have only cost Sandisk a few cents to include a short USB-C to USB-C cable, and a lot of people only have long cords which get in the way with such a tiny drive. That’s all I could find wrong, it’s a great little drive and very good value for the money. I will buy this one again when I need another one.

This SanDisk drive is the best value, highest quality portable storage device made in 2024. The sequential read performance (800 MB/sec). USB 3.2 (Gen 2), and 3-year warranty are unmatched. Don’t bother trying to find a better deal then this anytime soon!

Amazing quality and it is worth its price , it is the best choice for backing up your things since it is small in size but yet you can upload on it many things so you can safely take it with you any where , I highly recommend it

Perfect mini 2tb ssd with type c connection. I love this little external ssd. I use it on my M3 macbook that only came with 512gbs.

Great SSD! The speed is excellent, making file transfers quick and hassle-free. It's compact, reliable, and perfect for storing large files on the go. Highly recommended!

Very compact. Fast and reliable. SanDisk has always been a favorite of mine. This small portable SSD drive is no exception. I am using it as a back up drive as well as a storage drive for my PC/XBox games.

The SanDisk 2TB SSD is fast, reliable, and spacious. It makes storing and accessing files quick and easy, with plenty of space for games, videos, and documents. It’s a great choice if you need high-capacity and durable storage

Handles the storage, unobtrusively, quickly. Durable, reliable, what more could one ask for?

Finally upgraded to a 2TB fast Sandisk. It's super portable, and super easy to use. 10/10 recommend. No further notes.

Love how small and portable it is. I record my son's games and my phone fills up quick so transfering on the go is quick and easy.

Love the very quick download times, plus its very small and compact, nothing like the big bulky external hard drive of a few years ago.

Good value at sale price. Moderate capacity storage enabling me to offload large video files and free up laptop hard drive space. No moving parts, extremely durable, plug and play. Very reliable.

Love the small size and large capacity. Great for travel.

I keep a handful of these around to back up on a regular basis my personal files (including correspondence) that matters (for example, budgets, billings, medical information, etc). With a need to keep things both in a format that still includes printed materiel plus the digital files (in case something happens), it's a good idea to get the new SSD Drives in a large enough size to be able to keep the files in a stable form (I've verified always that the files are what they should be). It's quiet, easy to connect to your laptop/2-in-1/desktop, easy to transfer the files (and quick too), and it's easy to verify the file sizes/types as well. So far, so good. No problems with any files failing (this includes backing up my security system video files).

I needed an external SSD to store my music videos on. I chose the Sancixk-3TB Portable SSD for it dependability and it's portable. It works greater.
