Extremely happy with this product! I was worried about the vent mount given previous bad experiences with other manufacturers, but this holds my iPhone Pro Max sturdily and securely using a MagSafe case. Mych better than less expensive alternatives, clearly an indication that you get what you pay for.

Definitely does the job, my phone has never fallen off at all either.

Its very compact and would have been perfect for my car but it keeps slipping or falling off.

My dash is too angled for it to stick on anywhere. The vent attachment does kind of work but falls off a lot. It also bounces a lot.

I was worried this wouldn't hold my heavier iPhone Pro Max on bumpy roads, but the magnet is surprisingly strong. I love the versatility; I used the vent clip for my rental car and the adhesive dash mount for my daily driver. It's so much easier to just slap the phone on the magnet than dealing with those spring-loaded clamps.

The mount and the sticky pad are great! the only issue, which is really big, is that the devices always cuts out on charging every 5 seconds. I have used process of elimination on every aspect and narrowed it down to the mount being defective. I have taken my case off, used a different iphone, used a different 12v car socket, even plugged it into a portable battery bank to rule out it being my car; none of these worked. Upsetting nonetheless

I returned this item. It did not hold snug on the dash vent blades of my 2015 Prius. I was very hopeful and I’ll continue to look for a model that fits my car. Service at Best Buy was excellent as always.

Ok product, does the job. Probably overpriced. Can get the same thing at Marshalls for less.

I purchased this March 26, 2025. I took off the old pop-socket dash mount I'd been using for several years, cleaned and prepped the same site and mounted this one. After 3 short months, the adhesive failed. It peeled down the middle, leaving adhesive material both on the mount side and the dash. I contacted Best Buy's customer service via chat, and they told me I could look around on their website and find a suitable replacement adhesive. What a Joke! Very disappointed Best Buy wouldn't stand behind the products they sell and offer a replacement. I will be contacting Scosche next and see if they can help. The quality of the mount itself is fantastic! The magnet is very strong. Just useless when you can't mount it to the dash.

It seems well-made but the attachment to the vent doesn't stay in and has fallen out while driving so trying to adapt it.

I really like my magic mount ease of use quality and works well with my phone.

Try several placements for best results. I did not use the adhesive attachment yet. I do like the vent and the arm attachment to better angle my phone for viewing. I see this being pricey, but does introduce a safer way to view the phone while in the car.

Good product, easy to use and comes with options to mount

Unfortunately, this would not stay in my vent -- so I had to return it. I tried several times, and with any kind of bump, it popped out. Otherwise, it would have been great. FYI, my vent (2014 Cadillac CTS) is slanted severely.

I'm using the extension and it allows me to move it so it's not in front of any needed buttons or vents. But with the extension, there seems to be a bit too much weight. Every so often, I have to make sure it's pushed back into the vent.
