While you can play solo, you will lack much of the fun the game has to offer.

You can find treasure maps and buried treasure chest, fight the skeleton captains and their mysterious skulls, find and capture chickens or simply just be a true pirate and sink another pirates ship and take their treasure. Beyond fun gaming experience. The game it's self is suitable for just about any age, however this game is online and you cannot control what other say online. Over all worth the money and time

I can see how people would be turned off by playing solo. But my friends and I enjoy doing the missions while causing a little chaos running into other players.

The steering of the ship takes some getting used to, but once you have that down, you will have a ton of fun!

While it can be played solo to an extent, you really need a crew of 1-3 other people to play with in order to maximize your enjoyment. Yes, getting attacked by others in the game universe is annoying but such is life on the high seas where everyone is a pirate!

You can be a good pirate, or a bad pirate. Me...I'm one of those pirates you don't want to come across, on the seas. You'll most likely visit Davey Jones. From digging treasure, fighting skeletons & skeleton captains, delivering cargo, fighting megs & Krakens, battling other ships. It's a blast, through & through. Nonstop action

Dont have time with family and job life. Online sucks most of the time because people are rude and unfriendly. Not to mention if you have a life outside of gaming u cant just stop in the middle of the game and leave when ur needed. People get mad at that if your online with them.
