I thoroughly enjoyed the Seagate portable hard drive. It was easy to use and satisfied my need to back up pictures and documents.

Not quite what I thought it would be.I wanted something that would go from one computer to another so I could do work on my laptop and my desktop. Still working on learning the process.

Works like a charm although I wish an addition download wasn't needed for usuage. I'd prefer easy plug and play.

I really had high hopes for this external drive, and I needed something to store all my work documents and family photo albums. Unfortunately, about a month after I saved all these files to the device, it stopped working and I was no longer able to access them. The device was now prompting me to format it, which meant losing part or all my files. Either way, I don't have access to any of those files anymore. I went back to Best buy to get some help and they advised me it had crashed and that apparently this brand external drives have been having major issues. Later on, I noticed they no longer carried it. Very disappointed!!!

This is one of the better portable hard drives out there, never have issues, always speeds up quickly and never loss of data.

This item was a gift for my girlfriend. She seems to be enjoying it. I haven't heard any complaints about it.

WORKS LIKE IT SHIOULD. SOFTWARE EASY TO INSTALL AND USE ONCE IT IS SET UP AND THEN YOU CAN SIMPLY FORGET IT IT.

This is the best $ Buy I have ever gotten & only at Best buy I would recommend this to a friend's or Family!

Looking for a HDD 1TB or more that could be plugged in without the use of an external power cord and this one hit the mark.

This drive works good and is pretty quick when connected USB 3.0. When its connected USB 2.0 its a little sluggish.

This drive is a great backup for my network cloud drive. It stays in my office so I can't really attest to the durability of it but it works great for my purposes.
