    I had purchase this item once before and it seemed to be ok. It is a very sensitive item so make sure when you plug into computer you have it lying on a flat surface.

    The first one would not load. I used seatools and kept getting error messages. SO I returned it to BB and they replaced it. Worked as it should with no issues.
