So far so good. I had to “repair” it once but that happens using an external exfat drive with a Mac. Had to repair using my Lenova Laptop. Good idea if you don’t reformat for Mac to have a Windows computer available to clean up time to time

So far so good. The drive is and does what it says it does. There was no power cable in the box when I opened it. But Best Buy immediately resolved the situation and got me a new power supply on the very next day. Thank you Best bye good job as usual.

I only gave this one star because I couldn't give it a lower rating. This came broken and my other exact Seagate broke yesterday after I had it for only 3 months. I had SO MUCH information and downloads on it that can not be recovered! STAY AWAY FROM SEAGATE!!! Don't lose your valuable data! I just traded in my broken one for a WD. Good luck to you if you buy this garbage!
