I purchased this kit not knowing what I was going to do with them. For now they are behind my TV which is a nice touch. I think they would be better suited for under cabinet lighting. The color change effects are nice and works great with my Alexa. You can only choose 20 different colors through the Alexa but many more on the Sengled app. Plug and control box are a little larger then I care behind my tv. But Would be fine in other places. Was very easy to set up just like all other Sengled products.

Very good led strip. Compatible with any Z wave hubs. I use it with Samsung SmartThings. No problems at all. LED is very bright Only cons is that it has no separate cool white led, like Philips Hue has.

I love that these sync up with my lightbulbs . Great room effect . Recommend if you know where you want to use them . It’s not the longest but it gets the job done over the cheap kind you get at 5 below .

My kids love this! Easy to set up, easy to connect so far so good, working as expected.

If you have your TV mounted this really sets the mood and atmosphere when watching a movie at night. Very glad I purchased this. Make sure you have a Sengled hub!

Makes really good undercabinet lighting easy to hook up with the hub and your Internet.

Some of the reviews I've seen for these LEDs have been low due to the user not being aware of the hub requirements. Note, these light will connect to several hubs. I use Smartthings and these connected right up with no issues. They were installed and connect to my Smartthings up in less than 5 minutes. The lights are installed behind my TV and I've create an automation that turns these lights on when I when I turn on my TV. Very nice product!!

Easy to setup and install. Nice and bright. Lots of different colors to choose from.

I bought these mostly for fun. I put them at the head of the bed frame and they add some ambience to the room. I also enjoy using them for some low-level light for late-night talking without having a bright lamp in one's face. They integrate fairly well (thought not completely seamlessly) with Google Nest minis, which I have. Overall I'm quite happy with these.

One single strip is too small for the price in my opinion but we bought two and that made it the perfect size that we were looking for. We bought it for our bar area and it makes it a more fun place with the change of colors. The strip also synchronizes to the Sengled multicolor smart bulbs and you can turn the whole room into the same color if you’d like.

Nice brightness and connectivity to the Wi-Fi, hard to make 90 degree turns with the light strip though

Great bright lights but getting it set up too long and confusing not many options for the app, if you want to integrate with you tv setup or laptop setup I would recommend phillips, but looking for cheaper smart light strip this is great.

These are great, easy to install and setup. We I stalled under kitchen cabinets, adds a nice touch

It's easy to use and you will have to buy a hub for the lights to change colors. I was looking for something without a hub and i didn't know i needed it injuries i got it home. Order than that it works great.

Easy to use with great color and brightness and easy connection to internet.

This is a 6 foot strip of LEDs with Silicon overcoating of the LEDs, so that's nice; but they are very limited in what they'll do. You have a wide selection of solid color choices, but not any more that every other LED strip. It does have a dedicated 'neutral while' LED on each strip. To make it warm or cool, it turns on the red or blue LEDs. It doesn't really work; you end up with something that looks like Christmas lights alternating between white and the color. The app for controls is very limited, brightness 0-100% and color temperature warm-cool. Then a color bar across the bottom where you can select a color. Like most LEDs, it fails at yellows. There are not 'smarts' to the controller, the LEDs are static, no color cycling or flashing. Since it's a Sengled product, you need a zigbee hub; either made by Sengled, or some other brand. You can control the strip via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa once it's up and running and you've linked it. I purchased these as a package deal with Sengled bulbs at a discount; I would not buy them at the full price. For the same money, you can buy a strip of addressable LEDs 3 times longer with a wifi controller.

as plug and play as it can get. it linked to the alexa with no problem.

Great and very vibrant colors! I have mine on my ceiling in my living and never use my house light!
