I got them to use on walks and for work calls, but they were really painful to wear. I found more comfort with the biggest ear tips, but they felt less secure in my ears.
They would randomly disconnect and eventually reconnect during calls. The earbuds were connected to both my laptop and phone (for using the app), and they would do this well into the call without me touching any devices or changing anything in the app. When I googled this issue, I found lengthy troubleshooting instructions that I didn’t have the patience for in the moment.
The app that’s required just to use them also wasn’t easy to navigate and completely turned me off of trying other Sennheiser products. I was looking forward to listening to music with these, but I found the preset equalizer settings unappealing for almost everything but podcasts. I found it too fussy to have to switch EQ settings depending on what I listened to. Sometimes you just need a general setting in a pinch when you don’t have time to fine-tune the EQ.
I normally wear headphones all day, and I had to learn the hard way that the battery lasts about 5 hours when you use any settings beyond the bare minimum. What really bothered me is that there’s no warning when they’re running low, they just suddenly shut off. For some reason one earbud always died first.
Overall, these were a huge pain, both literally and figuratively. I don’t recommend these to anyone with smaller ears or to anyone who doesn’t have patience for a complicated app.

These are not that great. I got some jbl buds for 75 that last longer than these. These have nice sound but im mad that the batteries dont last kong at all. Maybey 3 hours tops. My jbls will for for 5 or 6 or even longer without recharge. These have a nice eq you can tune unlike any other bud set ive tried but it doesnt make up for the extremely short battery life. Very underwhelmed .....

These have great sound and a good fit in the ear. I currently have a Jabra Elite 8, and Bose Quiet Comfort ear buds also, and the sound is just as good as both of those. However, the small, smooth, square case with its "clam shell" design makes for a clumsy, two handed process to find the correct side and open it. It's slick, so it often slips out of the fingers and hits the ground...really bad news when you're on a plane. That part of the design can use some work. Also, the charging light next to the charging port is the size of a pin head, very dim, and barely visible. So you have to pick it up and focus on it to see if its finished charging.
I would recommend this to a friend
