    I purchased two beige couches which were put together with ease. I added a couple of decorative pillows and they look amazing. Comes with pillowtop filled backcushions and Serta memory foam seat cushions. I literally assembled each in 15 minutes with no tools required. The price is a steal!

    THIS COUCH ITS VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE! Not confortable to sit for a while no back support on the cushions they don’t stay in place and lost they’re shape the cushions look kind more square on the pictures but they are narrower rectangle shape its definitely not for sleeping or taking naps. I read the reviews about the couch being hard and cushions keeping falling forward but ignore because of the brand and price. HONEST OPINION DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH IS UNCOMFORTABLE; NO BACK SUPPORT LOW QUALITY

    The item is to be built came in a box. The assembly took about 30 minutes but the material is cheap. The wood feels fleamcy, don’t couch will not last for a dorm or a small family. The only thing that’s decent are the cushions because there Serta, you paying for that cushions. Everything else is not worth the price of 390. Save your money and shop around,

    This couch is not comfortable at all for long periods of time. The color advertised is also much lighter gray than the product I received. If you aren’t too picky, I’d pick up a futon over this

    Good fabric and cushion, not the easiest to put together but also not the most difficult, could tell had been in storage a long time (spider webs in the entire wood frame)

    I have been a long-time Best Buy customer and I purchased this couch online for a room that I rent and it arrived right before I went out of town for a couple months on business. When I returned I put the couch together. At first, I loved the ease of the way the couch went together until I had brackets that were bent and had to bring in help to make it work. Then, when I got to the end, I discovered that there were no cushion covers for the seat and back cushions. It was past its timeframe to return so I called the number that the manufacturer left for other negative reviews and no one ever answers - I left two messages. No one has returned my calls. I contacted Best Buy and they also could not do anything over the phone. Very frustrating - suggested I go into the store. I am now stuck with a couch that I cannot use and have a room I cannot rent until I come up with a solution. Ve

    I love this couch. I assembled it by myself and it wasn't that bad! I didn't anticipate doing this as I thought it would clme assembled. But, I managed it. It is very sturdy and comfortable. I recommend this couch and would buy it again.
