Overall it’s a decent chair. Assembly wasn’t terrible, however who ever designed the way you put the back on this chair needs to rethink some things. The chair looks nice aside for some blemishes that were on the plastic part of the arms that aren’t noticeable. It’s not as comfortable as I was imagining it would be, but it IS comfortable. Overall I’d say this chair is about $100 too much for the quality it is.

Just returned a $500 gaming chair and tried this one out since I'm tall (6'4) and needed something with more comfort. Fits perfect and very comfortable. Very easy to set up.

This is a replacement for an old worn out chair. I am happy manufacturers are making reasonably priced chairs for big people. I am 325+ lbs., and this is roomy comfortable chair. I received a discount due to previous purchases, so the final price was <$200.

You know...you spend $300.00 on an office chair, you really do expect it to work right and last longer than 4 months!! I am so done with spending large amounts of $$ for something to be quality in nature to have it break down. I am below the weight limit on this chair and the hydraulic piston has already FAILED! This isn't the way it used to be.

What a great chair I bought for my hubby . He is 6*4 and needs the high back for his neck to rest on . This is a well made chair for the price . I had shopped around but this was the better of them all .

I can’t review this item because they tell me now it’s coming direct from vendor. Very perturbed said the manufacturer had it in stock when I bought it and it was a Christmas gift.

I purchased the chair to replace my one that I have had for years. It is very comfortable. It rolls smoothly and is very comfortable to sit in.

This chair is extremely comfortable. I am in my 70s, and a large man. My grandkids use my computer and they all love this chair. They range in age from 10 to 18. Even after several hours sitting in this chair I still feel fresh.

Chair looks great and is comfortable. Had someone put it together and he ran into issues (holes were not drilled properly to allow screw to go in easily). Otherwise OK.

Well worth the price. Being a big person its hard to find a comfortable chair this one here handles the weight well and has ample space.

A very nice and comfy office chair. Supports those on the larger size nicely with the wide arm rests.

Half of the parts were missing. Now I need to take time out of my day to call customer support, and either wait 7-10 additional business days for the parts and hardware package, or call Best Buy support to replace the item. I do not recommend ordering office furniture from Best Buy. Completely unacceptable.

I was a bit skeptical about spending 220 on this , but I use it my wife uses it daily and even after the kids put some wear on it. It’s still a damm good chair. Even after a cat or two all of the leather is still intact. Was a great buy.

Great chair. I purchased this chair for my son. My son is a big and tall man and has had trouble finding a chair to fit his build. This chair is just what he needed.
