I made the mistake of gambling the desk chair lottery for my wife without actually trying the chair first. This chair isn’t awful per say. The main problem not a ton of people are saying here is that there is a povoting feature where the actual bottom is connected independently of the actual chair. The problem that makes it uncomfortable is that the lumbar support is attached to it so you are forced to sit with perfect posture anytime you sit in it because the pivoting feature takes the lumbar support with it. You can choose to not have the lumbar support on it but if you don’t, there is a giant metal bar that pokes up the back. I would look into different desk chairs of you lounge more when sitting. I definitely regret buying it but I hope you don’t. Serta USUALLY makes great stuff but this chair just isn’t it sometimes.

Decent chair but not very comfortable for a long day at the computer

Great office chair. Very comfortable. I like the adjustable arm rests. I am not a huge fan of the pivoting lumbar support, but it's a minor complaint on an otherwise great chair. I just wish it didn't make noise when I shift around in my seat.

Chair is comfy but it is pretty small to be an executive chair, looks bigger in the picture.

My wife works from home and has Scoliosis. So I was looking for something soft with good back support. I hadn't realized when I purchase this that the Lumbar Support follows with you when you lean forward. At first she wasn't a fan of it but after she got used to it she fell in love. Her back still hurts, obviously, but she isn't near as uncomfortable after a day of work as she was before. The cats unfortunately like it too.

Construction and materials are good for the price. The "back in motion" part takes some getting use to. I only use this chair 1 or 2 times a week when working from home so it is fine for that but would want something else if using everyday.

This chair is not only comfortable it great looking too. Fits in my space perfectly

This chair made my chronic back pain much worse faster than anything i have ever experienced. Massive waste of my time, money, efforts, etc.

Bought chair off of internet - site unseen - as none of the local stores carried this model. While the looks of the chair look comfortable and fitting, it was not at all. After a week of "trying out" the chair, my back began to ache much more. I would not recommend this product.
