I am 6ft 2 in tall and this chair is too short for me, at my height I am constantly fighting the lumbar support feature. My wife who is shorter finds it ok. I kept it because she is the one who will be using it, yet me added a small metal cable tie to lock the lumbar support and seems to be better now. The manufacturer could add a simple screw and threaded hole at the back to give the user some flexibility to lock rather than using the lock on bottom that it currently has which doesn’t lock it, just adds more tension to a spring.

Great for people with back problems... and Cats

My wife works from home and has Scoliosis. So I was looking for something soft with good back support. I hadn't realized when I purchase this that the Lumbar Support follows with you when you lean forward. At first she wasn't a fan of it but after she got used to it she fell in love. Her back still hurts, obviously, but she isn't near as uncomfortable after a day of work as she was before. The cats unfortunately like it too.

Construction and materials are good for the price. The "back in motion" part takes some getting use to. I only use this chair 1 or 2 times a week when working from home so it is fine for that but would want something else if using everyday.

It is nice looking leather ergonomic hair. The tilt makes a great rocking chair out of it. I spend 12-hours a day on a computer, and my rear stays content the whole time!

I used this chair for a few weeks now. Is well built, solid, and comfortable. I would give it a 5 stars if I was 100% satisfied with the design but I'm not. The back auto adjustable section is a bit harsh on my opinion.

After a few weeks I can honestly report I am getting used to it but I sincerely recommend you find this chair assembled in a store and try it first. I would not buy it if I had, 1. this chair is not made for anyone under 5’4” - you will need a foot rest under your desk & might not be able to use it at all 2. it slides backwards as it pushes you out when you first sit down - see #1 Otherwise, once seated and stable in the chair.... it is good. If they allowed the seat to be lowered another few inches that would likely solve the problems, but in the meantime I am stuck with it until I find something else

    Gimmick Chair

Terribly disappointed. Well made, quality materials, easy to assemble but a perfect example of TRY before you buy. Seat is ridiculously short (bottom seat support ends mid thigh bone) Seat (where your buttocks touch) is not firmly horizontal, it literally free pivots forward and back. (Not the CHAIR, just the seat) The 'lumbar' is forced into your back by the weight of your body as it pushes down or forward on the seat, not adjustable at all. The ONLY adjustments are height and tension for the CHAIR rocker. (again, seat bottom free swivels forward and back) This may be just what the Dr. orders for some, but is no where near the ergonomic back supporting chair I was lead to purchase. This is an awkward exercise machine that squeaks and leather farts constantly since the seat is always 'in motion' rubbing against it's other parts. 5'11" 175 lb Male saying: No Thank You. Bought chair off of internet - site unseen - as none of the local stores carried this model. While the looks of the chair look comfortable and fitting, it was not at all. After a week of "trying out" the chair, my back began to ache much more. I would not recommend this product.

This chair is comfortable. The best part is the lower back support. It took getting used to, but my back feels better at the end of my work-at-home days!

This is the worst chair I have ever purchased the instructions was easy but it looks like the chair is not constructed very well. Wish I could have returned it but I had put it together and it is too heavy for me to carry so I am just stuck with it. Never purchase a chair that you cannot physically see or sit in.

This chair was easy to assemble, and is very comfortable. The tilt on the seat and back makes it more comfortable when you have to lean forward. Highly recommend this!

Needed a better chair for my bad back. After much review, this seemed to be the one. With the lumbar that stays with you weather you lean forward or back, this chair is amazing and comfortable. I plan on getting another one for the actual office. Highly recommend

Looks OK but seat is a couple inches short and lumbar support is not comfortable. It was to be a gift, have to find someone else that will use it.
