First and foremost, suction is incredible on this. Next, it's so versatile. The day I got it I vacuumed the whole house- stairs and hardwood floors included. The hardwood attachment is awesome. The lights are really helpful on the machine and the wand. I literally brag about this vacuum to my friends- that's how obsessed I am. Price tag is fantastic for what you get.

I love my shark rotator lift away!! the only problem that i would say is that hair easily clogs on it. other than that overall is a good vacuum

I love my new vacuum, how I can lift the handle to "dust" picture frames and ceiling fans, lift the canister out so that I can vacuum under the beds. I find myself vacuuming my hard surface floors in the dark so that I can actually see the fur on the floor with the light shining. I am loving everything about this time saving, light weight vacuum.

Best Buy had no reviews yet but I read reviews elsewhere on previous models of the True Pet I and knew what I was getting into. I have two dogs that shed and bought this for my new house. The previous owners "vacuumed the house" before they left. First thing after moving in was vacuum the entire house and the amount of gunk I picked was was amazing, especially given they said they vacuumed. Excellent suction and the thing practically drives itself via the spinning broom in front. Does a great job picking up the dog hair too. Does a pretty good job on hardwood though I think it's strength is carpet. The vacuum can be used as a canister, upright, or tow behind. Attachments are excellent and easy to use. The one complaint would be when in tow behind mode, the upright part tends to wanna fall down because of the weight of the hose and the lightweight of the vacuum part but if you put it close it's fine. It could be that it's new out of the box so still a bit stiff too. Overall excellent vacuum!
It's worth noting I've previously owned the second from the top Dyson. I then bought a shark for my cabin based on the fact that it's considerably cheaper than Dysons. After using it a while , I think the Shark I bought for my cabin, which is a cheaper model, was better than the much more expensive Dyson I bought for my house. Considering this is the best Shark and for about 2/3 of what I paid for the Dyson, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and a Shark fan going forward.

Worst vacuum I have ever used! MY previous vacuum was a Dyson animal that lasted 8 years and I can honestly say I loved using it. THIS vacuum is actually painful to use. It is advertised for being able to get around tough areas but due to its ability to do so, it is difficult to maneuver in a straight line. It actually hurts my wrist and arm trying to make this vacuum go back and forth in a staight line without wiggling around like it's had a few cocktails. Definitely not user friendly for those with arthritis. BTW, I am only 31; without arthritis. With my Dyson, you could see it pulling hair and dirt from inches away from the vacuum, but with this shark, it seems to leave some of the hair and dirt it passes directly over. I could vacuum my whole house multiple times and never have an issue with the beater bar on the Dyson. The sharks beater bar has to frequently be cleaned and cleared of hair during once overy of the house. It even has a groove to "easily" slide scissors through in order to cut away hair. HA! That should have been a clue that it would need to be done frequently.
Absolutely dislike this vacuum. Worst waste of $400. I wish I would have gone with my gut and returned it after the first use. With such a tight return policy of 15 days, I guess I'm stuck with an expensive piece of junk. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it does turn on. I almost question if the reviews I read were posted by the company themselves...
