Delivered on time as promised. Ordered a slightly smaller model with lesser watts than previous microwave (previous was not a Sharp model). Have always had good performance with Sharp Carousel microwaves, which is why we made this choice, and expect the quality will be consistent as past models we've owned.

I am very happy with this purchase. My family has dissuaded me from investing in a new microwave for quite sometime saying I will just have to replace it in a few years. I was surprised to discover that Sharp still makes microwaves as my previous Sharp Carousel has lasted 20+ years. The new one was easy to learn and provides much more efficient cooking times. I would highly recommend Sharp to a friend.

Bad Experience

This order never showed up. Was canceled called several times. Just now getting a notification that it’s at store on January 25th was ordered Dec 21. Clearly customer service did not process my cancellation when I called mid January to cancel. Was told I would be refunded. Refund still not issued. Reordered after I supposedly canceled with customer service and had the second one in two days. Worst experience ever with Best Buy.
