I have another similar Sharp and have been very pleased with it's performance over 4 years. I purchased the set, took it home, had it installed (Blu-ray dvd and outside aerial :) ) in a couple of minutes, a couple of minutes for it to walk me through the initial setup, and all was fine. The image quality is good to excellent, the controls are straightforward, and I had absolutely no problems with anything.
