I am yet to notice any difference between this service and the one I was paying so much for. Glad I switched. I was skeptical initially but after 30 days, no regrets for switching.

Simple Mobile has ok coverage for the amount of Money they charge. If you want to save some money and not be locked into a contract this is an excellent choice. Just be aware that coverage will not be as good as the larger carriers like verizon and AT&T and you will have dead spots and some dropped calls. For the money though I still recommend trying it and if it works out you can save a lot of money.

This phone was easy to set up, I went online and followed the instructions that were included. The price was also good.

The reception is better than any provider I've had, and the price for unlimited talk, text, and 6 gb of data is outstanding at only $40 a month!

I bought a prepaid phone for my 10 yrs old son. I pay about $30 for this prepaid card including the tax every month. Unlimited talk, text, and 2-3 data. You can't beat that for a child that really doesn't be on the phone that much!!!

The cards are easy to use with the simple mobile phone. I got my kids the phones and they refill monthly. Better than being stuck in a contract, being charged overages, and no worry of things like chargeware.

Good price for good service and Great phone to go along with it and sales people were very helpful customer service was good also to help turn on phone my new LG Fiesta works very well and I'm very happy with it and the unlimited service and prices are very good but they help transfer over my information from my last carrier and having no problem with T-Mobile service satellites

I got this airtime card for my son who was travelling on a school trip. This was easy to setup as well as manage both from online as well as from the phone.

I think Simple Mobile is wonderful service for the price...I pay $33 for the prepaid service, and insurance for the phone, which is less than I have ever paid for prepaid or for contract providers! I only get two bars of service in my apartment, but I have never had any issues with incoming or outgoing calls! When I leave my apartment I go get all bars of service or almost all bars!

First thing to understand with this service, it’sTracphone. Same people on it, if you have to speak to a manager, you will be talking to someone from Tracphone. While the plans are decent, the second thing you need to understand is your data doesn’t update on their app, so you have no true way of tracking this. It took ten minutes on customer support for me to get one of their people to explain that the data showing on the app is a lie (and yes, I screen shot out conversation). Third thing to understand is that when you use your hot spot, it will charge to it all data used including the data used by your phone. This allows for them to force you to pay for more hot spot access. If you’re not going to utilize data a lot of a hot spot, this is a decent service and it runs on the Tmobile network. Otherwise, I’d suggest something like Visible or a regular service.

Easy to use instructions . My only complaint is the coverage area for this plan is not as good as most.
