Some assembly required, quality is okay

There isn't a good frame of reference for where to put in the screws so you have to guess. I'd recommend using a powerdrill with a screw attachment for the job. The workmanship and quality is okay for the price. It arrived with some very minor issue/damage in the leather. It wasn't worth returning or calling about.
