The co-op requires installing this bracket. Easy to install and solid quality; however, I decided to go for the longer one to fully cover the depth of my A/C. This is on the short side but would still have worked and supported by 60-lb. unit but I felt more comfortable using a longer bracket so I ordered the the longer version. Returning this at my neighborhood store was quite easy.

Easy to set up for your A/C unit at a good price and it’s very sturdy if you plan on using a big unit.

Picked up the only bracket available at the big name hardware store and it was useless! Checked here and found exactly what I was looking for that the other guys didn’t. Got home and installed it within a few min and had my AC up and running in no time!

This bracket has been holding my A/C in place firmly for the past 6 months without any issues. Installation was fairly easy, but it is useful to have some around to help keep things in place if you are installation this on a floor other than the ground floor.

This thing is so helpful. It is very easy to install and it looks like my ac is secure on this stand. This helps me so I don't have to remove my ac for a long time.

Gave this 4 out of 5 stars only because the bracket foot does slip off my vinyl siding (not sure if it is the type I have or bracket's fault) I remedy this by placing 2 stainless steel screws just below it to keep it in place. Very sturdy design my unit is about 100 lbs. and does not move at all. Excellent attachment system to window sill with many angles to cover many installation situations.

Good solid product, the installation wasn't too bad although I wish the instructions were more thorough. My install SEEMED fine, the support bracket was installed at the proper angle, but once I put in my A/C unit, a support foot on the A/C unit itself actually propped up the A/C unit to an angle so that the precipitation backflowed into the A/C unit and into the apartment. Not fun.
