I use this along with an Arlo Pro to provide external security at a commercial property. It's literally plug-n-play with extremely simple setup. The mount included is identical to the mount you get with an Arlo Pro, and the power cord is long enough (6ft I believe) to move the panel to an area with optimal sunlight. We've had zero issues thus far with the camera operating through the night.

I've only had this a week, but it keeps the arlo pro2 camera battery charged, and usually reaches 100% at some point during the day. I will have to see how it does during the winter. Easy to mount and install.

I bought 3 of them since I placed the cameras in an area where I do not have power . They do their job to keep the battery charged but the cons is that the software does not consider them as power plugged, so you cannot take advantage of all features offered by having the camera plugged directly to the power line. So if you can have access to the power do not buy it. Moreover they are kind of expensive!

Installation is simple, charges the cameras just fine. Wish there was an option to roof mount rather than the stand it comes with.

This has kept my camera charged. Just make sure you install it in a sunny area.

Mounted easily and works great with the camera. Just in case it's not obvious, it needs lots of sunlight to work well.

This solar panel was easy to install and has been working great. I would have given it 5 stars if the cord was just slightly longer.

I was surprised how well this little solar panel works but it's been excellent. The battery usually gets back up to a full charge daily and its in a location that gets only a couple of hours of sun a day due to many trees.

A little bulky. It charges well but it's expensibe as other Arlo products.

I had to bring my first solar panel back to Best Buy after about a month of use as it kept giving me a charging fault for my camera. The second one has performed pretty well. Obviously it's about location, location, location in order to get the most charging time from the sun, but, despite the fairly long cord, you're still constrained by the location of the camera. If you have the camera mounted on the dark side of a building that doesn't get much sun, this panel may not be that much benefit to you. But I get about 5 hours of charge time.

I purchased the solar charger for an Arlo Pro 2 camera that was mounted outside in an area that was not easily accessible to recharge the camera battery. The battery should be fully charged before connecting the solar charger. I would use it to "top off" the battery and keep it fully charged. Normal activity triggering of motion should not drain the battery with this installed. Consecutive cloudy days or too much activity at night may cause excessive drain on the battery. Location of solar panel is key.

The price tag was a little high I think. But it works as advertised

Bought 2 of these for my Arlo pro 2 cameras, and installation was easy and forward. Cameras stayed charged always and love how I don’t have to replace battery now for Arlo cameras.

Purchased 5 of these for each of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras. They work great and keep my cameras charged. I did have an issue with one panel 8 months after purchasing. The panel wasn't keeping the camera charged, and it said there was a charging fault. I called technical support swapped cables and now everything is working fine. The panels help a lot, its a hassle to bring them inside to charge everytime.

The mount was easy to mount to almost surface and then the camera can be positioned at almost any angle. Once secured, the mount holds without loosening in weather. Very pleased having used these both indoors outdoors.

Works great if it's in direct sunlight! It will keep the camera charged but make sure you mount it with the sun's movement in mind.

This is great to put on the roof of your house to keep your Arlo cameras charged. Have not had to climb a ladder to charge my cameras since I installed it. Make sure you get plenty of sunlight!

Solar panel keeps my camera charged when the sun is shining. Easy to install and connect to the camera. Great to use when there is no electrical outlet. No worries about the battery with the solar panel.
