When I originally installed the Sonance speakers in my attic, I was concerned about the blown in insulation in the attic getting in the speaker cone area. This enclosure solved the problem and allowed placing the insulation around and over the speaker without worry. Well made, includes gasket and screws along with two sets of binding posts--I guess if you wanted to bi-amp for some reason. Creates a sealed enclosure that doesn't affect the sound. If you own the speakers, you should invest in these enclosures.

So I took a chance and purchased these for my Sonos Architectural speakers, because Sonos and Sonance did not know if these enclosures would work(or they existed). And they worked like they were made for the Sonos in-ceiling speakers. Cheapest speaker enclosure you can find and they work great. They do add some height to the speaker, so keep that in mind if you clearance restrictions.

Very high quality must have!helps with air leaking through speakers into unconditioned spaces as well as sound travel between floors.

A bit expensive but really help with noise bleeding over upstairs. Also good for keep dust and debris out of speakers.

This was bought to go under my deck for outdoor ceiling speakers but with the ceiling that was being used it would have been too difficult for the install. Otherwise the product is great. Quality construction, great design for a drywall ceiling for sure.

Contain the sound to where I want it to be. These rear baffle enclosures not only keep sound out of unwanted rooms but make the Sonance speakers they are installed on sound so much better!

I was hesitant to purchase these but they really help project sound into the rooms so it doesn't get lost in my ceilings.

Sound in attic reduced greatly. I dropped the spk out ,screwed these on, and back in. Completes the spk

Depending on your project, I'm sure these are great. Certainly great quality and work as intended. However, I noticed a change in the depth/quality of sound to the speaker so I returned them. Left a higher rating as I don't see this as an issue to the product.

Works pretty good. No complaints so far. I bought 2 pairs.

I used 10 of these enclosures in my house for different rooms to minimize sound transfer and they have worked perfectly. They were very easy to install.

This was a great addition to my in ceiling speakers and helped with the depth of the sound and the bass. My previous house did not have these and I can definitely tell a difference. Must have addition if you get in ceiling speakers.

Better price value then the 8” enclosures. They do the job keeping the elements from the attic away from the speakers. Produce better sound with enclosures then without them.

These Sonance 6" Speaker Enclosures fits perfectly to the speaker. They were very easy to install. Protects speakers from insulation dust and debris. Keeps sound contained in the desired room, instead of through other rooms (bleed over). These enclosures come in pairs. Well worth the price.

Good product that is easy to install. Adds a little extra kick to that low end on the in celling sonance speaker. Bought a total of 7. Only drawback is I wished that they came in individual and not just a pair.
