Works perfectly from day 1. No problems with it at all. So I recommend this item, it must be good quality since its been working flawlessly for about a year so far FOR an AVID 13 yr old gamer, who has been thru several b4 this.

I bought this controller for my son's christmas present. He instantly LOVED the bright red color. Connected perfectly fine with his PS4. He uses it every time he plays now. Looks way more attractive than the regular plain old black controller. He’s happy so I’m happy. P.S. I bought this controller at an amazing price. So I did not pay full price. Great deal.

Controller has been great so far - I have had several other that fell apart - Only time will tell. That is why I gave it a 4. They are somewhat pricey also.

This was an additional controller that I wanted for my PS4 Pro Destiny 2 Limited Edition, and I was worried the glacier white would be different but it matched perfectly. It is the same as the original controllers, responsive and exactly what you want although it's a little pricey for the stock controller.

You know what you are buying and why. I experienced no issues with it or Best Buy in regards to this purchase. Only thing to comment is that Best Buy was out of most colors when I purchased, which was mildly disappointing.

Only these PS4 controllers that are made by SONY work correctly. Those cheap $20 knockoff controllers do not work. The speaker sucks. The touchpad blows. These actual PS4 ones work perfect.

This controller is one of the best feeling controllers I've ever used. It fits wonderfully in your hand. The only thing that I do not like is that the battery is non-removable, which means I have to hook it up to a cable when the battery dies during binge-gaming episodes. My console is not that close to my couch, so having to be tethered to the PS4 while playing means either getting a longer charging cable or always having a backup controller that's already charged. I do realize that the current battery configuration allows for the controller to be more streamline and lighter, though.

Very happy with the recently purchased Dual Shock 4 Wireless Controller for Sony PlayStation 4. It works really good. High quality, great product. Good price and again - Best Buy always takes great care of their customers. Big Kudos to Best Buy!!

the older ps4 controller in that this model is more responsive and the extra light bar is nice as well. Battery life seems to be a tad better than the older controller and the extra light bar doesn't seem to lower battery life at all. I regret not buying more during black friday but lesson learned. Highly recommended

Nice controller does the job it is might to do. I purchased this controller because the original controller and its partner's battery life was starting to dwindle. So new controller battery life is better and now I have two spare controllers.

We love the feedback from the controllers. It is also nice to be able to dim the lighting on the front. I am still getting used to having the touch pad on the top of it. We just upgraded from the PS3 and the controllers feel just a little different in the hand but still a great design for ease of use.
