We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the app loading speed and the remote design. Transitioning from a different interface can sometimes take an adjustment period. To help with the "lag" you mentioned, we recommend ensuring your TV has the latest software update, as these often include performance improvements for app stability.

Regarding the remote, we understand how important ease of use is, especially in a dark room. Your comments about the button layout and visibility are very valuable to our design team as we look for ways to improve our accessories for future models.
