The setup was an absolute breeze—I was up and running in no time. The picture quality is simply stunning. The colors are so vibrant and lifelike, and the clarity is so sharp that every scene feels incredibly immersive. I was a bit worried about the sound quality from built-in speakers, but I'm happy to report that the sound is clear and powerful, which is a massive bonus. A feature that has truly impressed me is how this TV handles older movies and TV shows. Thanks to the 4K HDR Processor X1, even my favorite classic content is upscaled beautifully, bringing back lost details and making everything look so much clearer. It's like watching them for the first time again! The Google TV smart features are a dream to use. Everything is so intuitive and all my favorite streaming apps are right there on the home screen. Great Basic Bravia TV

I purchased a sony due to the superior upscaling they have in their TVs, and am satisfied with my purchase. The TV has a better processor than what they put in the 2019 TVs, and the upscaling works well. The speakers are probably slightly better than that TV, though i have speakers with the TV. I wish the TV stand was adjustable, for my center channel; but I will eventually wall mount this TV instead.

Excellent Value for a nice TV

We are seasonal so not using this TV except for a few months each year. Open box works perfectly for us. We have never regretted going this route. Best Buy is very fair I their ratings and offer superb discounts for open box items. Always add a soundbar as the TV audio is just adequate. Adding ATMOS/Dolby support really completes the setup.

A 55” Sony Bravia smart television with a gorgeous picture. Easy to use and set up. Requires two people to take out of box. Once plugged in and connected to WiFi, very easy to start viewing to your hearts content! Combined with a sound bar and bam, home entertainment set up.

It does have a little lag time with changing apps and loading content that I didn’t have on my Roku. The remote could use some improvement. You must have a light to be able to find the controls other than the volume, channels and power button. My old remote was easier to use, and find the buttons from memory but was not lighted either.
