Picture quality is very good in factory form, could not find any reason to change, which is just as well since the menu options are not easy to use and don't provide improvement. Overall a little TOO bright but maybe need to move further away Internet access a little clunky, you need to find how to get an app. and then find one that works without an Android phone. Overall happy with product, for the price hard to beat.

I have tried a lot of the LED TVs and by far for me the Sony brand is awesome fantastic picture the 4K have really when the step above. I’ve basically came home hung it on my wall and turned it on. Great TV right out of the box

We were originally going to buy the 70 inch Sony at this same price (after deciding we wanted something bigger than the 60 inch which was on an awesome door buster deal) and when we saw how much better the picture was on this 65 in the store, we went with this. I can’t wait to hook it up.

The 850E is a great bang for your buck 4K TV. Setup was easy and love the picture and internet voice search option. Picture is clear and colors natural and lifelike. Buying experience in store was fantastic. Mahalo, Best Buy!

Great tv, nice size, easy set up. Be sure to upgrade content provider to experience true 4K.

I was supposed to get a Vizio same size and same specs, thankfully they were out of stock. This may be according to some a bottom rung Sony but boy they are wrong. Great TV and worth the price I paid. Netflix looks so good in it and it can handle the Xbox one X like there is no tomorrow.

Purchasing the TV was a pleasure at Bestbuy. The salesman showed me several TV's and explain the features of each one. After purchasing it, they put it in the car for me and setting it up was easy. It has a great real like picture and the sound of the built in speakers is very good.

Geek squad did set up so that was a breeze. Picture is excellent and adjustments to picture are easily understood. Unable to use voice commands much as we have cable box. Smart TV is great and will be using this more and more as I become more familiar. Well designed.

I love this TV. The picture quality is excellent, clear and vivid. I usually buy Samsung but the TV I bought the picture was terrible. I returned it to Best Buy and was directed to the Sony by a young man working in the store. Excellent choice Love it I would recommend to a friend.

I love this tv. With the HDR and Sony picture quality I’m amazed every time I watch a movie. I ooh and awe at the OLED TVs every time I go into Best Buy but when I was comparing this and the LG they are actually fairly close in the quality of picture. I’m sure if they were closer in proximity I might have concluded there were more differences but I could see both TVs with just a turn of my head. I was able to get this tv at a third of the cost of the LG so I couldn’t pass it up. I don’t regret it a bit. It’s not often you get something that amazes you every time you use it.

I'd been watching prices on the 65" Sony's for several months, knowing they would go down when it got close to Black Friday. I didn't really need to replace the 55" Sony I had, but the price was too good to pass up. The picture is great, the apps are plentiful, it's a great buy.

This 65 inch Sony is a beautiful tv and it is everything I hoped it would be. The picture through Xfinity is truly beautiful and the sound, when on cinema is movie-like. Xfinity does not have 4k as yet, but I think this tv picture is simulated to 4k as close as you could want.

This is a great TV with an awesome picture. The sound is ok but you should consider a soundbar or some kind of external speaker. Android TV is a nice addition but i feel like it's a little slow. I tend to use my Apple TV to watch Sling of Hulu due to the lagging.

Have gone to Best Buy so many times to look at different models of the 4k TVs. Read so much on all the models. I was torn between Samsung and Sony. My fist HDTV was a Sony than got a bigger screen Samsung. The picture quality was so much better on the Sony. I have no regrets

It's an excellent TV. My husband can't get enough watching sports.My kids love watching movies and have a blast. The colors are incredible and sound too. No need for surround sound. This has been one of the best TV's we have ever purchased. We love our Christmas present!

Amazing picture quality keeps me always coming back to Sony. The dark scenes have great definition, no motion blurring, and thin design.

This is a really nice unit and the 4K picture is outstanding. It comes with a start-up guide but no manual...pity. Had to go online to Sony to download one which In my opinion is not that great, all things considered. Still, I really like it after about a month having it.

In comparing all brands of TV's..and all places that sell them..we finally found this Sony. We also compared it to the XRP 900 series of Sony, the newest one; but found the picture quality was not noticeable between the two and the price was significantly less. We used to be an LG family, but after reading reviews (it took a long time) this Sony as well as the 900 series got the highest marks! We are very happy with the purchase! Be sure you buy extra hdmi cables and check with your tv provider (Comcast) to be sure you are getting the 4k experience. We had to change our box out. We also bought a soundbar.

I was looking for something I hoped wouldn't be obsolete within the year but wasn't looking to spend close to $3,000 on the same size OLED or QLED TV, (I waited those out for over a year hoping the price would come down in a more acceptable range). Nonetheless, I mounted the TV myself and performed the entire install and setup with a 7.2 Channel surround sound system. This TV networked extremely well with my Onkyo receiver and had no issues connecting to my WIFI router. I had to perform a software update as soon as it went on Wifi but that is to be expected and really didn't take much time at all. As for the functionality, it looks awesome, has great color contrast, and comes loaded with most of the apps I used on my old Apple TV setup, (10-year old Samsung, pre-Smart TV). The motion rate is fantastic as well. This is a fantastic mid-level 4k with HDR. If you aren't looking to spend $3,000 on the OLED TV's this is your best bet.
