Treated my self to this Sony 65" tv, looks great, easy to use especially the android feature.

this is a fantastic picture. fills the room, and looks great on the wall. Took a little getting used to a screen so HUGE, but now it's by far the favorite TV in the house! Watching movies at home, now better than at the theatre, and no dealing with the sticky floors.

I didn't plan on buying this tv, but I wanted it in time for football season. All I can say is WOW! The picture quality is amazing and the size is perfect for my living room. There were initial problems with my wifi, but a software update fixed the issue.

Picture is crisp, smart easy to use tv. Colors are bright, sound is great. I love Sony!

I am very pleased with the 4k picture. Very sharp and a nice upgrade from regular HD. The sound is also great. I am not so pleased with with the "smart" aspect of this tv. I had a number of problems with the remote not responding and the tv does not connect to my wifi very easily. I ended up connecting a Roku and that works fine.

I did a lot of comparisons on the web before buying, and they pointed to this product in my price range. I am very happy with it, great picture and color, regular DVDs look great (not as good a Blu-ray, but still Great). 4 HDMI ports is a big plus and built in TV tuner.

I work at Best Buy in the HT department so I see TVs all the time and for the price you can't be the picture quality on this TV. I know all the brands, models, and specs for all major brands (LG, Samsung, Sony) and Sony hands down out performs the rest and it's been proven. So if you're in the market for a 65" TV and don't want to spend $2000 the 850E (now the 850F) is a great choice.

Truly horrible. This TV lasted five months before it broke. I purchased the TV in July 2017 and am writing this in January 2018. It is now completely unresponsive and unusable, and Sony support has not been much better. Sony's manufacturing standards or the standards of the manufacturers that Sony chooses to source from must be painfully low. After this experience with the TV and Sony support I will never be willing to purchase another Sony product. With a little google searching you'll find this is a fairly common issue, not only among these models but all Sony TVs. Please do not waste your time and money. This a great TV for this price point and defines a Sony comeback in my opinion. A very well rounded TV that does not leave much for complaints. Menu/Android could be faster. Anyone in the market for a 4K TV for this price, just buy this TV and you won't be disappointed.

My first smart TV continues to perform well. Added a Sony sound bar that really enhanced the sound coming from the tv. Like the fact that I can use a headphone set to hear particularly difficult dialogue from some tv programs while my wife can lister via the sound bar.

This television was such a surprise, the cable reception is excellent. Although there are no channels broadcast in 4K, we have subscriptions to services with that capability. Whether 4K or not, the clarity, detail and overall brightness of the picture is superb.

You can not go wrong with a Sony TV. The set up is easy and it will last you a long time

I bought the Sony after givin it much thought between the Sony and Samsung I am very happy with my purchase great lookin tv and the 4k blue rays are incredible

The sound is a little low because of the thinness of the TV, would recommend a sound bar.

Well my first TV broke within the first week after install. Had to have another sent out and reprogramed to my sound system as well. This was done very quickly and fast even during the busy holidays. Best buy got my entertainment back up and running in our new home.

Finally upgraded the old LCD to this 4K bad boy and it's all of that and a bag of chips!

This TV looks great in my family room. I would recommend this TV to friends and family.
