1st 4K TV purchase. Great choice! Sony is the best!

We've had it for a a month or so and so far it's been doing really well. Good resolution, no dithering, artifacts, etc. It is amazingly light for its size and very large. This is our 2nd Android TV. Some of the bugs in our original is gone in this one. The one big issue we still have is that some of the cablle apps will not work with Xfinity service. What I mean is that if you are trying to run the Android apps to watch say some video application like the major networks through the app, then it will not be allowed. This is because Xfinity and this TV have not gone through their testing. I read articles that Samsung used to be this way. Other articles say Sony/Android and Xfinity accounts are supposed to be compatible in 2018. But it is not. So this is still a major problem. Thus, a 4 star. I would recommend getting this product after you confirm the TV works with your local cable provider from which you would log in if that is important to you. If you're just doing over the top top or cable/DVR then you might not care about this.

Great help from the personnel regarding which television was the best quality in comparison with other models. They pulled up specs and compared with other models to give me my best value for the price.

This has been a really nice TV. Picture is great and I love how it interfaces with my NVIDIA and sound bar with ease. The only thing I do not like is the round about way to get to a sleep timer and it can be a bit off with sound syncing for the sounder but is relatively easy to re-sync

We upgraded from a 50" plasma to this 65" Sony and it's outstanding. The picture is beautiful and the colors are brilliant. It was easy to set up and we haven't had any issues since we bought it two weeks ago.

was recommended by the staff when I told them price and reliability were my top concerns. Smart tv easy to set up. Only complaint was that instructions for using the wall hanging option weren't included.

I have owed this TV for two years now and it is the best that I have owned. The picture quality, sound and casting features are great. Best TV that I have ever owned.

The right size for my living room. Great viewing angles. Sharp, excellent picture. My only nitpick would be that it be adjustable on it's stand, but for it's size I can see why it's not.

the TV and Soundbar are great. The installation was problematic and it took a week to get someone out to fix.

Good value and easy to set up. Have enjoyed a beautifull picture and great sound, expecially with the different modes.

Expensive but really nice. Nothing else compares to this tv. We bought a Sony and returned for this with no regrets. If it has a downside I would say figuring out all the options and how to use them.
