Great TV especially paired with the AppleTV 4K. I love it. I don’t know why people are complaining about the brightness. My living room has a lot of natural light and one big window, and I am able to see it perfectly. It’s plenty bright. It can be darker in SDR and HDR compared to Dolby Vision but you can adjust the settings to push it to be brighter. This is where the AppleTV comes in handy as it pushes the brightness. Overall, it’s great, does really well at making old movies look sharp and detailed. I added LED lights on the back, and it helps pop the brightness and colors more.

Fantastic TV and quality is amazing. Got a fantastic deal on this and love this brand and long lasting quality of Sony. I was going to get a 98 TCL but went for quality instead of size.

We compared many TVs and liked the picture and quality of this mini-led one best. (Aside from the OLED which were great but very expensive.) We are very satisfied with this purchase. It's huge and we have it set up with our Sony surround sound, so feels like we're watching in a theater.

Bought this Sony Bravia 5 and had it installed by the Geek squad. Best investment I've ever made on a TV. Extremely pleased with everything about it, include the installation by the Greek squad.

This TV is awesome! Make sure you have 3 people to set up due to the size and weight. You’ll need them if your wall mounting or on the included stands. Price was more than I intended to pay for a new TV but after talking to different manufacturer’s reps, I decided it was the best bang for the buck.

First time ever purchasing a Sony TV, I thought for the purchase cost I would be receiving top quality. After watching the TV it goes into a loop, only displaying the Sony logo, I checked the software, but apparently this is a known issue. Hopefully Best Buy will stand behind this sale.

  We are deeply sorry to hear about the boot loop issue on your new BRAVIA 5. To resolve this, please first perform a power reset by unplugging the TV for two minutes and then plugging it back in; if the logo remains, perform a forced factory reset by unplugging the TV, then holding the physical Power button on the unit while plugging it back in until a white or green LED light appears. If these steps do not break the loop, please contact us directly so we can immediately assist you with a resolution under your manufacturer's warranty.
