As alarms go, this is my favorite one so far. I have always had a difficult time waking up in the morning and the fact that I can vary the sounds with which I awake really helps! No more sleeping through the alarm.

Helps to cover the snoring spouse noise. Great purchase

I've gone through a number of clocks and clock radios over the years, so I expect I am an expert! Just kidding. But I was looking for an easy to read alarm clock (no so much clock radio) that had some specific features. The most important being the ability to choose the sound of the alarm. I had grown accustomed to my last clock that woke me to the sound of chirping birds. This one has birds and other "nature sound" to choose from in addition to the traditional klaxon and the radio. Nice added feature is the ability adjust the volume of the sounds of the birds. Turns out I like LOUD birds. Add in the thermometer and a pretty good quality sound system for the radio and I like this baby. Small and stylish. Good deal.

Nice display. Brightness can be adjusted. The alarm can be a radio station but it was extremely hard to program. It took us over a week to get a station rather than just static. I think there are other functions we still haven't figured out. It shouldn't be this hard. I said I'd recommend it to a friend but only if they are very tech savvy.

Everything you could need in an alarm clock really nice

I really like the features of this item. It has many different sounds, dual alarms and good sound quality. The only downside is that the display is almost unreadable. It's only a LCD and only has 3 settings, bright, medium or off. None of them are very readable at night. The alarms are pretty easy to set and you can wake to various nature sounds, radio or alarm.

Overall: Wasn't too sure about buying something so small and only getting a glimpse at the overview of what this alarm Clock had but it actually has a lot of features that are very useful. My favorite, surprisingly, is that you can dim the brightness which is very important for those who want a pitch black room at night (Brightness has High, Med, Off). The speaker itself isn't something that will blow you away but I didn't expect much from the sound to begin with considering the size, but it works good and is clear. Pros: Compact, Aux Port, Dual Alarms (His and Her), Clear sound when any function is in use, DST enabled, Temperature sensor, Dimmer, Lightweight but doesn't really feel cheap, Battery backup when it's unplugged so it keeps all presets till plugged back in. (Doesn't turn on with battery). Nature sounds; it comes with 5 nature sounds that you fall asleep to and will automatically shut off at the incremental time of your choosing. You can also use these sounds to wake up too instead of a buzzer or radio, lastly is that it has a Decent size display screen. Cons/Things I wish it did have: The initial setup took a little longer than expected but you will (should) only have to do that once. I wish the speakers were front facing. It only has one speaker located on the right end of the unit. My previous Clock Radio had a remote but that's nothing terrible to denote from this product and i was aware of that before buying. The aux cable is a little on the short end for me but they had to keep it that way so it would fold around the bottom when not in use for "stow-away". I wish it had an audio out port. In conclusion some of the reasons both in pros and cons are a matter of perspective but in the end it's a very handy Alarm Clock Radio. A little on the higher side concerning the price for the size, nevertheless, I like it and would recommend this product.

I've had a clock that sets itself for years, when the power goes off my wife's clock was always flashing so I got this one for her. It works great, she's very happy with it and so am I. Sets itself in a power outage, she wakes to music, all is well.

It work for what I need it to do. Clear numbers. .

i have 2 of these in the house and they do the job

This little radio solved the problem of getting, news and music to our new sunroom. We can listen to our favorite stations, plug in my ipad, plug in the ipod, etc. for a wide variety of tunes.

Wakes my son up better than any other clock radio.

proximity of the buttons causes you to push the wrong button often. The dimmer function on the snooze button is kind of a pain and setting the alarm takes a lot of getting used to. but do like the ability to set the alarm just for the weekdays and not the weekend.

We liked the clock/radio so much that we purchased a second one for my husband to use on his side of the bed; but, again, I hope it lasts longer than the previous one did! I do like to use the "white noise" sounds to turn on when I'm trying to go to sleep.

Works great! Performs exactly as you think it should. Sound quality is good for the price. Only thing I would change is the color of the background with the clock. Black numerals on a blue background can be hard to read at a distance.
