This isn't going to replace a full game console, but is great for a second tv or if you really must play certain Vita titles on the tv

I got this as a present and ive only used it a couple times because its too glitchy and slow. If you dont have an ethernet cable connected to the PS TV then it wont operate as good. The PS TV operating system Is the same as the PS Vita. You can play most games just fine but there will be a slight lag

I mainly bought the PlayStation TV for the Remote Play feature with the PS4 so I could play my PS4 on my upstairs TV. For the most part it works fine, but it doesn't have the best Wi-Fi capabilities as the signal is dropped occasionally even though the systems are not that far apart. That, and the lack of a Netflix app, are the only reasons I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. Playing my Vita games on a big screen with a Dual Shock 4 is a nice feature. Overall it's a good item if it fits into what you need.

Great product for the $40 Best Buy price I purchased it. However the games on the system are well above market prices but the convenience is there is not any physical discs.

While this allows the household to access the PSN and download games, as well as apps, there is very little built-in storage. If you invest in this system then also purchase the additional memory card. Consider the prices first and as to whether or not it is wiser to purchase a PS3 or 4 system.

I think Sony did a poor job when bringing this console to the US. It is a Playstation Vita minus the touch pad & screen. It plays most of the Vita games and all of the PS Store PSP games. You do need a Vita memory card and either a ps3 or ps4 controller to use this console, it has ethernet port and HDMI outputs. I find playing games on a handheld unit restricting and really play more of my Vita games on this device (47" screen) and only play those needing the touchscreens on my portable unit.

I got it for 40 dollars, and it is totally a great buy. it works really well when some one is using the living room tv, you can play the game at anywhere in the house.

Great device for remote playing your PlayStation 4. Not so great as a stand alone gaming device. Most really good PlayStation Vita games don't work with this device.

Purchased this for my wife for some vita games she had been wanting to play. We've since purchased a PS4 and enjoy the remote play option as well. Great product!

The Playstation TV is a nice device if you want to remotely play your Playstation 4 (and I believe PS3 as well) from another area of your home. The only issue I had was there was a 0.5 second delay with inputs from my controller. In other words, you move the character and 0.5 seconds later it would move...or fire, jump, etc.. Now I was operating it about 20 feet away (distance being direct path through floor) downstairs in my home while the PS4 was upstairs. So that probably could have caused the issue. For that reason I had to give it 4 stars. Keep that in mind though when purchasing it.

This is a pretty cool device and loads of fun. You can plug it to another TV and play your PS4 games, that you were playing in another room. Plus other cool stuff.

The way you should look at the PlayStation TV is it is the PlayStation Vita with a HDMI connection. Granted, it's a little more then that but for the most part, if you think of it with that perspective it does everything you want it to. It's great for PS4 Remote Play, it plays most of the Vita games (Uncharted Golden Abyss doesn't work on it) and you can use the DS4 (which is awesome for games like Killzone Mercenary. I'm very happy with it because I didn't expect it to be more then it is. If you like PS4 remote play and want to use a DS4 for your Vita games this is the right device for you.

This product was ok. It has a little lag while using the controller. Only recommend this product if its on sale.

This is simply an awesome product for searching the web, viewing videos on YouTube, viewing movies or shows on Netflix plus more apps like such, streaming Playstation games, or simply updating your status on any social media network. There is an ample amount of downloadable apps that can be used on this device. The asweome perk about this device is that you can use either a Playstation 3 or 4 wired/wireless control. There is another sleek option on this device also is to expand it memory simply by inserting an Playstation Vista SD memory card. There is one big flaw to this device which does not affect everyone but those with a slow internet speed does created continous loss of signal when mirroring your Playstation 4 in a different room. I mean it an awesome feature which was the reason I bought this in the first place but not knowing my internet speed was too slow to fully optimize this feature.

We bought this so we didn't have to move our PlayStation around our house for them to play on the tv they want to play on. Works good no lagging

The big part of the purchase was to be able to play PS4 games in another room. The remote play on the Vita with the PS4 worked well and I wanted to be able to use a TV for the same thing. The lag that occurs makes almost all games unplayable. The fact that even when using a wired connection instead of wifi still causes major lag is extremely disappointing in that it works fine on the Vita with wifi. The streaming apps offered are very sparse. Net Flix is not available. With the inability to play most PS4 games and a lack of quality streaming apps makes this product almost useless.

works great but low resolution...not bad enough to make a big deal out of it, but sony went a step back making this product which was unfortunate

This was a great item to come bundled with the PS4 and I can't wait to take full advantage of it with netflix and psnow to stream older ps titles

Playstation TV is the smallest Sony Game Console. It works with many Vita Games, and PS3 controllers.

The PS TV is a great little console for the money. I snagged this for just $20 on cyber monday. The unit lacks a controller and a memory card so that does add to the cost. However, I still think this is a great product. The game library is large and growing, plus it lets you play a lot of your PSVITA games on the TV. I would not pay full price for this product which normally retails for $100. For $20 it is a great deal. I am deducting a star from the score based solely on the original price being more than it should have been.
