Excellent product, easy to use, good wifi speed and nice interface. It's a small device, the only bad thing is the power supply (only 110V). For us, that we have a 220V power net must use a transformer or change the power supply. As always, Sony made a good product.

If you cheap this is the item. I had it for a year and it no longer work. I had to throw it in the trash.

The unit itself is packed with features and over all, it is a great value. My only issue is with the functionality of the remote. Having some trouble selecting the appropriate app. I select it and it sometimes simple doesn't respond. Other than that little glitch, it functions well.

This is a nice device. I wish the software that Sony uses for the display looked a bit more polished. I am very happy that BluRay players will play DVDs. Sony is a trusted brand and this is a quality device.

At times the machine will freeze. Power button won't even work so we have to unplug it and then plug it back in to work properly. My sister has the same one and doesn't report any problems of the sort so maybe it is just ours. Overall it is great and easy to use.

Good unit. I have had one replaced in the first week i had it. So get the extended warranty. Not really any lights to tell you its on. Works great and has a good amount of apps included.

I had a old blu ray player that for some reason did not update its menu. This blu ray player was perfect to get online to use Netflix, Hulu or any number of other apps. And it is loaded with apps. I am very happy with this blu ray player for online apps...............

I always purchase HP printers, I have 3 of them here at my business.They have great customer service. My only concern was I wasn't asked if I wanted a warranty with my purchase [I always purchase the warranty with printers] so I am assuming it came with one??.

I bought this player and played about 3 movies. On the 4th movie (within less than 2 weeks from purchase date), the player won’t boot. I’ve tried all tricks mentioned in FAQ and internet by unplugging the power for a long time. Nothing. This is very frustrating because from reading the reviews, it looks like this problem has been there for more than 3 years. This product was manufactured in Oct 2019, purchased on Dec 2019 and broke the same month. Sony website mentions that I’m responsible to get any media out before returning the player for warranty. Since my disk was stuck spinning inside, I had to unscrew the player to get the disk out. When I mentioned this during support, I was told that I voided the warranty. There was absolutely no mention anywhere that it would be the case. None in the box, the player, nor the booklet that comes with the player. In fact, the opposite is true. The support booklet mentioned that it’s my responsible to get the media out of the player since the factory will not return it to me. I finally was able to convince the customer service to take the player for warranty. It’s currently still in process so I wouldn’t know how it’ll turn out. With all complaints about similar problems happening to almost everyone, I’m afraid that the same problem would occur with the replacements. Very disappointed with the quality (or lack thereof), especially since the problem occurs more than 3 years ago. Sony, get your act together. Stop selling this player if you can’t fix the problem

Pretty good player. The only thing that bugs me about it is the Dolby Vision not automatically switching on but that is a small complaint. It works well and even does some pretty good upscaling on DVDs.

This is a decent DVD player for the price. I am a bit disappointed that it does not have audio outputs, but this was an oversight on my part as I did not do enough research on the product before I made the purchase.

Awesome Product with great service. Easy to purchase very well priced. Great sales. Great service I use this product on a daily basis and it has been stellar since the purchase. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for this type of product.

I didn't "need" a blue ray player, but lately the Red Box in our area has been carrying more of the recent movies on Blue Ray rather than on DVD. So we picked up this Blue Ray player. It also connects to our WiFi, so our previously "dumb" TV is now a "smart" TV.

Honestly the only thing that I would change about this player is that it needs more apps. I'd love to be able to take one more device off of the shelf. License Roku's software or something. That one quibble aside the player is great and a good value as well.

Bought this Blu-ray for my mom as a gift, my cousin bought one for his mother as well, he wishes he would have bought a second one for himself. I have a sony Blu-ray that is a few models prior to this one and this model is a much better improvement over the previous one.

Not a bad low-cost blue-ray player, but gets a little frustrating at times... features could be a bit more user-friendly but as with anything, once you’re used to the functionality it does the job

I was looking for a way for my 89- year-old Mom to add Netflix to her TV. A friend suggested an inexpensive blu-ray DVD player with Netflix app already on it. Bought it and connected easily to Mom’s TV. She’s a happy camper.

Perfect for playing Blu-rays, but not much else, very limited streaming options. I think only Netflix, Youtube, and maybe Hulu or Prime. you can mira cast to it, but it's kinda choppy.

The Sony Streaming Audio Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player works fantastically. The setup was easy and the remote is responsive, which has not been the case in other brands I have tried. Wonderful deal!

This is a really nice DVD player. The TV set that it connected to isn’t a smart tv so this DVD player turns it into a smart tv and I can watch Netflix.
