Connected easily to Wi-Fi and TV for playing Blu-ray discs and streaming Netflix. Remote has a Netflix "hot button" to allow for quick access. Great product for the price

My older Sony blue ray was no longer supported and was struggling to download movies. So we updated to an inexpensive player and the newer model makes the switch to downloading programs&movies much easier

I first bought an LG blu ray that quit working within 2 days. Took it back and got this Sony. It's for my daughter in her bedroom. She didn't have a cable box, so this worked out perfectly with Netflix.

My older Sony Model 5500 Blu-Ray/DVD Player had and app for Amazon Prime, but developed power supply problems. I purchased the newer BDP S3700 model to replace it after searching online to make sure it also had the Prime App. When it arrived and I tried to log onto Prime, I discovered that the app was not installed. I called Sony support and the tech said that this model no longer has the Prime app. I plant to purchase another brand’s model the does have the Amazon Prime app.

It is a good blu-ray player which has a very light weight. We have tried it a couple of time, and video quality is great. Its user interface needs more improvement which seems now too crowed on the first page.

This Sony BD Player worked very well, it is compact, responds quickly to remote commands and is priced really well. Software updated were a breeze as well. Very happy with my purchase!

This is a great Product but the problem is that I don’t have this anymore I accidentally dropped on the floor and then broke into pieces

Our old Bluray failed and I got this on sale. One nice thing is it has SiriusXM built in. If you have SiriusXM in your vehicle you can now listen on other devices for free.

Bought this to replace a Blu Ray player that wasn't playing discs properly. Great product. Easy to hookup and connect. easy to use. Comes with good list of apps already installed.

Works very well. Surprisingly I had to buy a blue ray cd to try the player out. The digital clock radio works very well, pleasant green LED Display.

this is my 5th sony blu ray player but no longer streams amazon. the previous players did. I would recommend only with warning that it does not stream amazon.

Upgraded from Original Sony Blu-Ray (Yes the first one lasted 8+ years), and this one is amazing. Does feel a little cheap compared to the original one .. we will see how this holds up over time.

Device works fairly well but is very slow. Does have added media features but better off just using a better streaming device for those

So far so good. This is our new blue ray player to replace our 8 year old Sony that stopped playing dvds. So far I'm satisfied and like having the capability to use apps such as Pandora on this device.

Does exactly what I bought it for, which is to play old DVD’s in the correct format The new Blue Ray players don’t support older DVD and their formats

Great product! Technology that my husband can finally undersrand. Excellent for musjc, movies or internet streamjng services.

New blue ray dvds are super excellent but to my surprise my older dvds such as On Golden Ponds are improved in picture quality. The Wi Fi connection opens up a whole new world for us at out new 55" TV.

So far it's been good blue ray player. I'm entry level user with 4k Tv but chose this player after help from Sherman Oaks staff members. Can't beat the price.

This is the first time I purchase a smart blu-ray player, so I cannot really compare to other smart DVD players. It works great, freezes at times, but it could be my internet connection as well.

As stated below this device is a great addition to our household. We have it in a spare bedroom and our grandsons love it when they come to stay with us.
