I wish it had disney plus app and Hulu app. Which it does not.

I bought this for my dad for his birthday and he's been wanting one for a hot minute. I installed it and it was so easy to get it hooked up onto the tv. He loves it!

Purchased it with the one benefit over the Samsung being the light to show if it's powered on. The Samsung has no extra lights and the buttons are not easy to use.

For the money this is the way to go. True "Plug and Play". Connected it to my TV, plugged it in, and was streaming Netflix in minutes (and not very many of them!).

I replaced an older model Sony Blu-Ray player with this one. It meshes with my network superbly and is much faster reacting to commands.

Best Buy delivered the right piece of equipment (a DVD player) in an incredibly timely fashion. Great job, Best Buy!

I like that it is compact yet, plays just like a one of my the expensive models. I also like that it connects with wi-fi and giv s you the options of so many apps.

I got this player for my grandson's birthday. He has autism and watches DVD's daily, stops and starts them and gives it a good workout. So far it is holding up nicely.

Sales associate was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product. Got it home, installed it and it does everything I wanted it to fo.

I had to buy a new blu ray player and this one so far works good. Like that it has the options to go into Netflix and Vudu.

needed a plug and play unit for our RV had to have solid wi fi performance. This is my second one of these we have purchased first one is in our home.

I didn't think this bluray disc player would be as good as it is given the price. Turns out it is better than I expected.

I own 2 other player the same model for 3. Year s and have had no problems with them .I do like Sony equipment because they are2 dependable.

I purchased this DVD player as a gift. The salesperson was very informative. He explained why I should go with this dvd player vs. Others. It met my expectations.

The sony player is a good entry level blueray player for most costumers who should move up from a regular dvd player of old.

Good value (Got it on sale) and Sony is a good brand. However, I was disappointed that some apps were missing. I was very disappointed that there was no Crunchyroll App

This was a christmas gift and I can't say how the users like it but I had a great sales person helping me and I am confident that it will be a great gift

This product is everything it’s supposed to be and then some absolutely outstanding and well worth the money and the wait

This player works and will get the job done, however, it's a bit slow to respond. I'm not in a rush to watch a movie but I can see it's slow response becoming annoying.

Glitchy in terms of streaming & app functions. Nice for just blu-ray playing. There are better products out there for sure.
