Netflix sometimes freezes while exiting, and the only option is to disconnect the power. Hulu has even bigger issues, as many times the streaming doesn’t even start. Since 2010, I used 3-4 bluray Sony players, the next worse than the previous. I can no longer return it because of Best Buy’s restrictive policy, but I don’t plan to buy any other Sony product, and I don’t think I will buy from Best Buy either, considering that they accept returns only within 2 weeks from purchase.

There is no easy way/cheap way to get better audio without receiver. 2) the available apps don't make using this unit as a radio easy. Yup have to log in and type with the DVD remote. My wifi isn't always found either.
