I researched and read for HOURS trying to troubleshoot the problem myself with no success. I finally contacted customer service, and they only had me to repeat every step I had performed and questioned the proximity of device's location and performance of our internet. We have NO issues with a minimum of 8-10 various devices by different manufacturers connected at all times spread throughout our home, so internet service is not the problem. Sony set up a return/warranty ticket for this device, but because they recently had to replace our other Sony player (different model) after it literally quit doing ANYTHING within less than a year, I decided to return this one for a refund.
