Sometimes the loading takes longer than I care for but I have not figured out if it is Netflix or the box itself (I know it isn't the internet speed). Once it does what I want it to do it functions well though.

I returned the first one because it kept dropping the picture. I tried several DVDs and it dropped the picture on several. Took it back to Best But and they exchanged it for another. We will see how the second one works.
