Haven't had any problems with this equipment and we really like being able to connect to Netfilx and other Internet apps using the blu-ray player instead of connecting the computer via HDMI cable.

When it works, it's fine, but sometimes I have to unplug the cord, or hold the power button down for a while. Other than that, everything else is fine.

This product had problems straight from of the box.We trusted the name SONY,for this reason we bought the Sony - BDP-S3700 - Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player.Poor manufacturing.

Just ok. We have a large collection of dvd and blue ray. Our old player died so we replaced it with a similar one. Major problem to setup

Doesn't stream Amazon Prime, and I always have to change audio settings when watching Netflix. Otherwise, I cannot hear dialogue.

I did not have any issues until about a month ago when it started disconnecting from everything on its own. I have to go get it fixed, but it worked for the first 5 months.

Overall happy so far. Product has has some glitches (e.g., at one point wouldn't turn on until power cord disconnected and reconnected) but is up and running and producing as expected.

It doesn't say anything about not being able to view Amazon Prime video unless you spend extra money to get a Roku device. The same for Disney.

The connectivity to the internet is horrible. Also the remotes are not durable

I have purchased several of these blu-ray players and had little problem with them other than once and a while they will freeze up and need to be rebooted.

This works fine but one thing drives me crazy. Its very hard to turn off. AT times I have unpluged it. This is why I gave it 3 stars

I am pretty sure a newer model will be a bit faster to connect to the internet when turning on. Once connected it does the job big a lot of time waiting for it to boot up.

The reason for medium rating , my Netflix doesn't come up Says need server update and we not techs don't know how to do that So we can't use the Netflix part I'm sure it's operator error

I don't know why I keep buying Sony Blu-Ray players. This is my third generation. All have had problems. This one plays discs OK so far, and that parts works faster, but the Wi-Fi connection is iffy. I was able to set it up easily enough, but it won't stay connected. I had this problem in a prior generation unit too. Sony isn't what it once was, sad to say. I should have bought a Samsung, even though those too get mixed reviews.

We were looking a bluray player with a good WiFi receiver. We have a Sony player before that worked well. This one was not as good, so we returned it. Everything else was fine with it.

Seemed like a solid unit from Sony, but died after about 3 weeks. The very limited 15 day exchange period of BestBuy did not help, so needed to deal with Sony customer service which takes about 2 weeks. Still waiting on the replacement. Not happy with Bestbuy or Sony.

The price was cheap but streaming is sketchy, there is no web browser and no clear direction on how to clear the cache memory to keep it from freezing up.

I thought this was wireless and was looking forward to east install. But its still not working a week later...not as Dumb-proof as I'd hoped! Directions leave much to be desired.

Haven't used it to play DVDs yet; wish it would pick up more of my streaming channels, even wired connected to my internet connection.

Great quality, easy set up. Not an option to have the controller control the sound on Insignia TV's. Technical help is non-existent
