Will never buy another. Works just fine as a DVD player but the apps won't load or they freeze. Player turns off by itself. Constantly need to re-enter password and login numerous times. Spent more time trying to reconnect to WiFi than using it to watch TV. My internet speed was not the issue. I eventually bought a fire stick instead. Haven't used the Blu-ray player since. Buyer beware.

Would turn on but that’s it. Would not function passed that point. Was returned and upgraded to a Samsung

After 3 months a dozen of the apps were no longer available (vendors made no longer available it said) after first system update. Second update "bricked" the system: malicious code set Child Lock and you cannot get it to do ANYTHING. Best Buy would send it to Sony they said as warranty passed and I did not buy extended warranty; Sony said not covered by warranty and cost to ship and hourly rates would have been 1/5 times the retail price. Which makes this a piece of junk.

There were forums on the internet warning about it but i foolishly tried it anyway because it offered the exact versatility i was looking for. This one lasted just long enough to be past the local vendors return period. Now i have to waste my time going back and forth with Sony. Hey folks....buy an LG brand player.

It restarts whenever it wants and even when it is connected to the internet it says that it isn't. When it wants to work, it's great, other than that, it kinda sucks.
