Doesn't support Prime or Hulu - bought 7/2020

Frustrating. Returning it.

They are getting worse

The unit it replaced (also Sony) lasted about 12 months and we thought it was just a lemon - apparently not the case. These are very poor quality products. Not the quality Sony built in the past. Exchanged for another brand.

Has a life of 3-4 months

Stopped working after a month

Within a month of purchase, the player power light would come on, but the DVD tray would not open and none of the additional functions such as Netflix would work. It was unresponsive to the remote as well.

Poor Stream, picture issues

Exchanged it for a different model.

Not a happy camper

NO Hulu or Amazon Prime app

Prime has pulled its services to get you to buy the Firestick and Sony no longer carries Hulu. I'll be returning. I wish the description was more clear.

Sony Fail

no blu ray

What a rip.

It stopped opening for Blu-ray movies 8 days after the return policy was up, of course. I don't recommend buying this.

Awful Product - it ate my disc

Can’t reboot, can’t even retrieve my disc which is trapped. The Best Buy whopping 2 week return warranty wasn’t quite long enough.

Mostly works

Once you are ready to watch an Amazon video it'll probably disconnect from your Amazon account so maybe you try Netflix instead and then the Wi-Fi will disconnect. I wish I had returned it.
