Continuously defaults to factory settings and you need to log into every app every time you use it including a re-login to wifi. Terribly annoying. Never again.

I had to double check and make sure that it was not the same as one that I already own. Do your research, you can't really add apps, it only allows you to view built in apps. If you need a blue ray or DVD player, look at other products

Took it back on Jan 16, 2018. Was told Best Buy had a 14 day return policy and to call Sony. Other than maybe ear buds, I will not buy anything from Best Buy ever again.

Tried several blu ray discs and none of them will work. Apps, wireless, and non-blu ray disc work fine. Waited too long to find this out, past the 15 day return policy.

Then when we try and turn it off the device does not respond. We usually end up unplugging it.

No where in the box or the associate who helped m,e at Bust Buy said I needed a cord. So there I am with a movie and brand new DVD and no way to connect it. BUMMER!!!

Disk also locked in machine. Had to restart to remove the disk. Had to return to Best Buy. They honored the warranty and replaced the item with another brand.

No one told me I need to set it up first on the internet so it is useless to me at this time

So after 3 weeks of on and off with Sony I revived a replacement. And guess what it don't work. At least it plays a DVD till it says error and over heats

What an awful player

The open/close button quit closing within a week of having it home. It did play DVDs for 2 weeks and then quit playing those as well. The USB port was still working when I returned it so I guess that's a plus.
